Great Mountain Golf Course
The layout of this course is fantastic!!! It’s not for power hitters, but there are opportunities for greatness!!! Bring a lot of balls because the rough will eat them alive….
Only Good For The $25.00 Tuesday Special
For $25.00, it’s decent. I wouldn’t spend much more to play here, but it was a fun track. The long rides on the cart paths are fun. The 16th green to the 17th tee box felt like the cart would never end.
Conditions:
Tee Boxes, some good, some bad.
Fairways, some good, some were dried out. Not awful though.
Bunkers, actually really in good shape.
Greens, slower side, but I’ve putted on worse.
Give this course a try on a Tuesday. Not amazing, but not awful.
If from North Jersey, stop off at Fuddruckers on the way home. Yes there is one on the way home!

Not a bad course though we only played 10 holes. The
Pro shop closes too early in my opinion (4:30)and there is no food or beverage service available at all.

I’ve played here before and it’s a lot of fun. Great views & very challenging holes. Didn’t realize the amount of rain they had and cart path only killed me. I was in a hurry. Bad time to review.

If you’re up for a challenge
It’s a true mountain track, you HAVE to ride. In fantastic shape. Greens rolled true, we flew around in 3.5 hrs. Must play if you’re in the area.
after a couple of rainy days
It rained parts of the prior 3 days but the course was manageable with minimal standing water and greens were fine.

Great value, great staff, and fun challenging course.
We play every year despite the long drive in stupid heavy traffic. Top 5 pocono course.
Was carp path only but remarkably good condition. I tell lotsa folks to get up there..
