Pace of Play was great BUT it was a weekday twilight tee time

For the cost of the round, there's a much better, lesser expensive option within reasonable driving distance.

This course presents a lot of blind shots with no views of the landing areas which made aiming and locating golf balls difficult. The 10th hole is a prime example. The views on the first couple holes were not bad.

I can't say I would come back here though for the price. Weekend rounds would be more expensive and a lot slower I'd assume.

I think this spot is worth maybe a weekday hot deal, but in the absence of that, I'd opt to play somewhere else.

First time playing there and was very surprised with the field condition. The fairways was much better than all other courses that I played in the area

Fluff and his crew always have the course in great shape staff is courteous and helpful always enjoy my round at Sunset even when I play bad wich is usually the case keep up the good work

Has to give this course a shout out, I came here from Monmouth County New Jersey to play with a friend who’s local to here. For us to play a course of this quality would cost me at minimum $80-90 a round by me. Phenomenal value and such an interesting and beautiful layout, the views and elevation change made it both challenging and fun. Really gives you a fun mix of different shots to add to your knowledge base. The greens were recently aerated at the time but you could tell the course in its prime is excellent. The fairways and around the greens were top notch, always had a decent lie regardless where I was. Couldn’t recommend this course more. I’ll definitely be back.

Course is in outstanding shape for the fall season.

Rude staff. Poor greens. Slow play. Very awesome course layout and extremely cool course. Just in bad condition. Has extreme potential to be beta course is PA.

Great course! They're currently struggling with some fungus on greens and tees around the course after crazy rain this year, but everyone is. They also have some construction going on ( Aug 2025), but that is the price of improvement. That said, there are some unique holes (looking at you #10). I love the "window into another dimension" on #6 (IYKYK). I've never had any issues playing there. Only beef is the "no cash" policy. Let us golfers hide our vices with cash please.

It was a 90 degree day and there was no water on the course, no drink truck, and nowhere to fill a water bottle except a water fountain.

Fun course, is go again

I love the course and layout but the greens were in poor condition. There was dead spots and dirt spots on greens which was disappointing.

It’s been tough weather but several tees were burned out or bare. Fairways and greens were good. Have not played there in many years. Very different golf course without the trees. Links look on the front. More parkland on back. Play was very slow due to local high school team qualifying. Not a complaint just a fact.

WOW, the Sunset Cpurse was in great condition and well groomed. The greens were especially nice. I also managed to play some of my best golf there. Highly recommend Sunset GC.

I booked this off of golf now because it said they had 1-2 golfer available for the selected slot. when I showed up the starter pretty much told me I never should have been able to book this tee time because it’s against their policy(their problem not mine). I booked it through golf now because it was available but when I got to the course I ended up teeing off about 30 mins later than my tee time because they had to “fit me in” as a solo golfer. Just an overall absolute bad experience from the staff and the way they handled it. Whole lot of attitude for a problem that was not mine
