Good overall for area & $$
Kept in nice shape esp for money paid. Event happening same-day and pace was pretty good. Overall a nice layout and facility. Traps were recently raked which was is nice to see at a public course w/lots of play.
Good Conditions - Poor pace of play
The course is in good condition. There are a few area of ground under repair, however this is by far one of the nicest public courses in the area. However, be prepared to play a 5+ hour round. The last two times I’ve played, one round was 5 hours, and the other was over 5 1/2 hours. At one point we had 3 groups waiting to tee off on back to back holes. No ranger to be found on the course either. If they would control tee times better and enforce pace of play, this course would be my go to every time.
Good course and layout, but so slow!
Took 5 1/2 hours and not a ranger to be seen to hurry the groups ahead of us. Will try other courses before going back here.
Great layout awful pace
Tees off at 1:12 Friday afternoon, most holes had 3-4 groups in them. Took 3 hours to play nine holes. We left after nine and didn’t care about the back nine we payed for. Not the first time playing and it never gets better. Course is nice but not sure why they stack up groups like they do. Avoid if you want do anything else that day.
Good course, dreadful pace
Played here for many years and always enjoy the course. Solid layout that requires most clubs in your bag to be hit. Greens roll fine and everything else is very nice.
Unfortunately I don't play here much anymore because of the pace of play. It's not the golf courses fault that they get so much play (great course for the area), but they split tees at 5 pm in the summer... that kind of explains how busy the place is. We played a 7-some because there are 3-4 groups per hole.
Tournaments are even worse, I'd recommend walking if that is an option. It will make the experience better.
Great course! Just make sure you're prepared for the pace!!
5 hour round.... and I went home after home 15
Good course in fair condition. Well watered but people don’t fix ball marks or full divots.
Teed off at 1:20 and quit at 6:20.... after hole 15. If you’re looking for a 6 hour round go for it. If your not into marathon golf, go somewhere else. $50 for pain and misery ain’t my type of golf
Nice Course, SLOW play
Tee boxes and fairways in good shape. Greens are in nice shape, but slow. Pace of play was very SLOW. Not one ranger on the whole course. I would go back hoping pace of play could be improved.
Excellent Customer Service
I played at the course on August 8th and accidentally left my range finder in my cart. When I had realized, the course was already closed for the day. I went to the course first thing in the morning on the 9th and the staff & pro couldn't have been more helpful! They diligently looked through the carts and any possible areas for my item. It was found, thankfully!! Thank you to the staff & pro on site for all their help! It was greatly appreciated!
Great course! First time that I played here and will definitely return.
