Blue/Ridge at Blue Ridge Trail Golf Club
About
Nestled in the rolling hills of northeastern Pennsylvania, Blue Ridge Trail Golf Club offers 27 holes of championship golf that were carefully carved from woodlands and valleys. There are no parallel fairways throughout the entire course, giving each hole a secluded setting. The golf course offers plenty of variety, which has made it a popular venue for outings and tournaments. The holes are divided into nines that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The Blue/Ridge Course is both scenic and challenging. The courses are almost equal in length but the Blue nine is considered slightly more difficult, although the Ridge nine possesses two of the few water holes at the club. Mature trees frame most of the holes and there are also strategically placed bunkers along the greensides.

Great Day for cheap golf
The hot deal really made the course worth it and having 27 holes makes the course unique and more fun as well as makes you want to go back to get a different set of 18 holes in
Blur Ridge
For how dry it has been lately the course was in very good shape. The greens were great, the bunkers nicely raked, and the rest of the course was very nice considering the dry weather, One of the best courses in the area.
Great layout
We drove over an hour to play this course. Great value. The course conditions were superb for as many rounds get played on it. The greens were a bit slow but not to the point of being a problem. Fairways, tee boxes, rough and traps were well maintained. The sand in the traps was a bit course but playable without issue. While the holes don’t have a “shot maker” feel, you can be punished for not hitting the needed spots. Definitely makes you think and sometimes scramble to recover. If you haven’t played it, you need to play all three nines.
Great atmosphere
This course, for the weather we’ve been having, was in great condition. From tee to green they really know how to take care of a course for sure. It’s been a few years since I was there and the entire staff was so accommodating and friendly. I took my older son here for the first time and he had an absolute ball playing this challenging course. He can’t wait to go back and now wants to take his friends there to play.
Blue Ridge
Found the course ro be enjoyable. Greens were in good condition and the course was well maintained.
always beautiful conditions.
This course is 1 1/2 hours from my home, but worth the drive. It is my favorite place to play in PA!!
Amazing golf course!
All I can say is WOW! If you are anywhere driving distance to this beautiful golf course, it is worth the drive! I drove 80 miles to play there and what a fantastic time I had. I took the road trip as a single golfer and got paired up with Robert, Joe and Dr. George and had a blast. Bob, the owner greeted us after the round at the clubhouse. Tony, Tyler and Rona and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I told them I'm bringing ALL my golfing buddies back to enjoy this wonderful property. The golf GPS on the golf cart was very accurate.
The scenic golf holes were beautiful and tree lined, and you have room still for not so accurate shots on most holes. You can see the care and attention that's given to the greens and there were hardly any ball marks. I wish this course was closer to me because it's one of the top courses in Pennsylvania. Thanks again Blue Ridge Trail GC for a fun day! I'll be back soon and often.
Great Course
BRT is one of my favorite courses in the area. They have very wary tee times and allow people to get out and off before the meat of the day. The layout is great, looks tough, plays a little easier. Variety of tees for different levels.
The one problem they have is over-booking the course. With 3 nines, there is no reason to stack people on top of each other. Yet, every time I play, they throw extra groups in front of us as we make the turn. We played the front - teeing off at 630am, in 1:45, then were significantly slowed on the back, where we were 2:25+.
The cart girl is hit or miss and the food ordering should be easier to access. If you order ahead of time, why isn’t it ready? The gold is great and I enjoy the course so we will be back.
