Lebanon Valley Golf Course

Had a great time of course there was nobody else there it was chilly but I didn’t mind had a very good score this time took off about 20 strokes of my last time I was there

Enjoyed another great day on the course at Lebanon Valley today. Our threesome could not have been happier with our outing, short of an eagle or a hole-in-one thrown in. What a cool place, what a great bunch of guys that work there. Well done!

Alot of blind shots, but challenging. Beautiful par 3 on back and #10 very difficult.

This golf course does not take sanitation seriously. I used a golf cart that had someone else’s throw-up in it. Which soaked my glove and got on my wallet and clothes. No one should ever have to worry about getting someone else’s throw up on them when using a cart that should have been cleaned off properly. This is absolutely disgraceful for a business to not properly clean and sanitize the golf carts after people use them especially in today’s COVID world. I informed a worker and all he did was ask me if I threw up which I did not. I respect golf courses and I find it disrespectful I wasn’t given a simple “I’m sorry” I was only accused of throwing up in the cart myself. All the worker did was hose off the cart I truly doubt he properly sanitized the cart.

Course is fun and challenging, well kept greens. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. I lost a club and they went out of their way to help me locate it.

Just about every tee box had a pile up of 4 groups, if not 4 groups then 3. There was a tournament that was going on in the morning and afternoon. Should have closed the whole course for this tournament. Took 5.5 hours to play a full round.

Lost 3 balls that were hit fairly straight down the fairway BUT were blind landings due to the hills. The problem with playing some courses for the first time is the "not knowing what is ahead" especially on these hilly courses and even if you know what is ahead you can not follow the path of the ball once it lands because you can't see it. And my wife and I only spend about 3 minutes looking for balls so we don't hold anyone up. We like to play fast unlike most people we find on golf courses. Did I mention that we HATE holes that have landing areas that are blind? LOL

Links-style course, generally in good shape. Greens small and challenging. More than the normal share of uphill holes and/or approaches. Two par 3’s in a row (a little unusual) on the back nine. Enjoyable.

IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME, AND WE ENJOYD THE COURSE. LOT'S OF ROOM FOR OFF THE FAIRWAY SHOTS. COURSE WAS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. WILL GO BACK IN THE FUTURE.

Course is hilly but not long. Greens were faster and a little trickier than I remember (its been a couple years).
