Needs Work on the member/managment side
The course in general is a good course, but the management, staff, and marshals need to work on the pace of play and govern it more. I brought up the issues to the management and they brushed it off like they are use to it and didn't seem to care. I understand this is a public course but the standards for most rate or play, issues cares across to all courses. I hope they see this review and decide to make some changes.
Good course for the cheaper player
This is a decent course and deceptively challenging. Although I rode a cart this course is a very walkable course however, it is a bit on the longer side of things.
Decent Course
Course plays a little short, but average for the area. Layout is nice and the water provides challenging on multiple holes. Will be playing again soon.
Beautiful Spring Day
Course was in good shape for just opening recently and Spring has sprung.
Great day
Did 18 holes with 3 friends. Gorgeous day. Course is in great shape for this early in our season. Everything really was perfect.
Fun day
Just removed covers day before. Course was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed it much.
A Challenging course and a great value
They don’t have a yardage booklet so trying to figure out what club, what aiming points, and hole strategies to develop was very difficult for a “first timer.” Fortunately, I got paired with two excellent players who patiently explained the hole-by-hole layouts. The course gets lots of play so don’t expect perfect tees and greens. Considering the above: 4/5 Stars. I truly enjoyed the challenges, the variety of the holes, and the hazards. A good score requires both a target golfer and a golfer who knows his/her distances of each club.
Great course but right schedule
They tend to overbook so rate if play is rushed at times. Be aware they watch everyone through binoculars! We stayed well away from the greens with the carts but we were told that they seen us closer through the binoculars. Or there is members that complain about everyone in front and behind. Too bad since it is a beautiful course. I will play again since the price is right through the app but it is not the first choice.
Flat Course
Staff on the course were great. The starter really watched pace of play & talked with a couple of golfers who were late getting started on the tee, which was good thing. The course is very flat & difficult to determine where the fairway was off the tee largely because of how it was mowed. We lost several balls in the rough. The creek running through the course was nice and did present a hazard on several holes.
Always a good course with some challenging holes(#6), gets me every time!
