The course rates should be lower
This course is extremely popular because of the local college. It can be confusing if your not really paying attention from hole to hole. There is another much better course just a few miles away that has a better layout and is cheaper price
Cold day for Golf
There was a lot of standing water from the rains the night before but the course was still fun to play. It just seemed like certain areas didn’t drain properly. I will okay there again.
Horrible course no grounds keeping
The course is absolutely horrible! The people are just setting inside of clubhouse watching tv and on phones while course has so many pine cones and lI MB’s laying on fairways and tee boxes you have to clear them yourself just to play. I played there 3 times this week hoping they would get it cleaned up but they didn’t. We lost 5 new balls in the first fairway due to so many range balls in it cause they haven’t picked them up in no telling how long
Ridiculous
40$ to walk this course on Nov 2nd with sand punched greens and unplayable bunkers is a crime, shame on you. Could hardly putt. No winter rates, still have to pay trail fees while walking. Paying for a cart I’m not using, hmmmm. Ridiculous.
Good day
Mid October. It was chilly. Wet but it was a good morning. A couple towels we needed to wipen clubs an balls off but that's part of it. Course was in pretty good shape overall. It's drains great. Overall me and my buddy had a great time. We play there as much as we can
Fun Course, Greens in Good Shape
I played this course in the middle of a mini-drought, so the fairways were hard. The lies were generally good, however, and the greens were in good condition.
This is a moderately challenging course that is fun to play. Several birdie opportunities, but some tough holes as well (#4, 8, 12 are strong par-4s).
Pace of play was great -- 18 holes in 3 hours flat.
The pro shop and snack bar were stocked sparingly; not much to offer.
Great layout....really good condition
I really like this course even though it's about an hour drive from. Played it several times this year and course is always in good shape and pace of play is good. Would definitely recommend this course especially for the price
Nice little jewel
This course is not real long, but can still challenge your game. We played behind a jr tournament this the course was rough up a little. Took a little while to remember how to putt on real gras!
Good College Course
Played early Saturday, helpful staff, fairly open fairways, greens in excellent shape. Fellow players friendly. Foursome in front of us allowed our twosome to play through, though they hadn't held us up. If you're in Cookeville, TN it is good place to get in a round.
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your round and we look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

Good fairways for this area of Tennessee
Greens weren’t good - aeration was an issue though it didn’t appear to be recently done. The fairways were better than many area courses, though not great by any means. Other than trees and relatively narrow fairways the layout was nothing special.
Restaurant wasn’t open, washroom was out of paper and toilet was running full on.
That said, everyone was really friendly and we had a good time.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. We aerated our greens a little over a week prior to your visit, so they are still recovering and should be back to their normal condition within the next few days. Thanks again for coming out and we look forward to seeing you in the near future.

Sloppy wet, quit after 4 holes. Miserable trying to play, needed cow boots.
Thank you for coming out on Monday. We make every effort to ensure that each of our guests are aware of course conditions prior to the start of their round, because we understand that nobody enjoys playing on a wet golf course. Unfortunately, we received over two inches of rain on Sunday and Monday, adding to what has already been a wet Spring. We look forward to seeing you again in the near future, when the temperature warms up and the course dries out.

Fairways in poor condition
It is mid-April and fairways are still dormant. Almost looked like drought conditions despite plentiful rain recently.
Thanks again for coming out last week and we appreciate you taking the time to share some feedback with us. While we have received our fair share of rain over the past two months, the fairways will be in tremendous shape once the temperature starts to warm up. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Mixed bag
I got a great price on golf now and the greens were very fast and true. That was the good part. The layout was pretty vanilla without much elevation change. Sand bunkers were packed and wet. The bad part was the fairways. They were a soggy, squishy, muddy mess. I was informed in the pro shop of about 6 holes that would be cartpath only but most greens were surrounded by a bog. No shot landing short of the green was going to roll on. Sorry, but it just wasn’t a very fun round on this day.
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

It’s a good course
I like playing this course it has challenging holes but the staff acted a bit snotty and it was the second time we had problems with the carts they did take care of the problem both times overall it’s good place and fun to play
Thanks again for coming out. While we understand that cart trouble can be frustrating, we appreciate your patience with us and look forward to seeing you again in the near future.
