About
Located just 20 minutes north of Nashville, Country Hills Golf Club in Hendersonville is not only conveniently situated, it also offers a challenging round for golfers of all skill levels. The narrow fairways demand accuracy, especially on the front nine's tricky par 4s. The holes on the back nine are somewhat more open but those benefits are offset by a variety of well-placed hazards and hillier terrain that make it the more challenging of the two nines. Playing with someone who is familiar with the course or at least thoroughly studying the scorecard beforehand would be helpful. Golfers should brace themselves for the especially treacherous second and 15th holes. To prepare for this formidable test, golfers can warm-up on the large driving range and putting green.

Course played out well just need steps up to certain tee boxes
Very good course for the value. Nice lay out, love the up and down terrain that challenge you. Nice friendly staff.
Fast but spotty greens
Nice course for casual golfer. Has a couple holes that your good drives might not end well. Greens were fast but there’s a number of them they are losing and have a number of rough spots.
Overpriced Budget Course
Course is only OK and had bad staff interactions. Guy in the pro shop initially overlooked our GolfNow rate (overcharged us), then was skeptical that we wanted to pay for 18 at twilight. When we made the turn, he sent someone to chase us down at the tenth tee to question if we’d paid for all 18. Cheap place; golf carts have repairs with duct tape and bathrooms double as storage rooms. Easy course, some fun holes, fair condition in the fall. Slow foursome in front of us (2) never offered to let us play through. Staff does not wear masks indoors or out fwiw.
Course in great shape for this time of year. I haven't been able to play course due to they only allow 2 or more players when going through golfnow. Will play it again
Great course, slow pace
A very slow and rushed 18 holes but an otherwise great day of golf. The staff was friendly and helpful and the course was in fantastic shape. Very well taken care of greens. My only knock is the pace of play. We would finish a hole and have to wait 10-15 minutes to allow the group ahead of us to finish their hole. The group behind us had the same complaint. Otherwise, great day. Would recommend and will absolutely return.

Challenging
Course was pretty dead but offered a lot of challenging holes while sprinkling in some fun par 3s. Quite a few blind tee shots with sloped tee shots. Not always rewarding otherwise solid tee shots but a great challenge overall.
Staff always very friendly and welcoming. Course in great shape typically and fun/challenging layout. Very thankful to have a great course minutes away from the house.

Worth the money
Good course to play can be very challenging. Very well maintained. Scenery is amazing!!!!
Challenging course.
Course is nice overall. Very challenging. Fairways are tight and if your ball is lucky enough to land there you'll have an awkward lie. If you're a hoofer like me then it's tough but better golfers wont struggle as much.

decent public course
The greens definitely needed some work And the mowers were literally with our group the whole back 9. It was a tough course and the round was a little faster than expected

Good Value
course is overall in good condition. A few greens are burnt out much like other area courses. I enjoy the layout and strategy that goes into this course. Will definitely be back.
