Pinecrest Golf Course

I have had this complaint in the past and it does not seem to get taken care of by the course maintenance staff.

Once the holes are installed in the green they are not rolled so the holes sit too high and putts either trail left or right not in the hole. If I hit my ball harder the ball goes over the top of the hole without going in.

So my friends and I play this course less often then we do other courses that we play.

Played this course a month ago and it was rough ie. fairways on some holes were muddy and the Greens lousy. What a difference a month makes. Greens had recovered and looked great and rolled well.

Play this course a fair amount but it was the worst for weather and wear. No doubt the heat has taken a toll and there doing a lot of airration and seeding. I'm sure it will be playing well in the fall.

This course is perfect for mid -level players; challenging and forgiving at the same time. I enjoy the friendliness and price!

Tee boxes were being redone, fairways were excellent, greens had a little burn but still rolled true. 9 holes in 1:45 so will be back

Very fun course with a very friendly staff. Played here for the first time and as a relatively new play I found the holes right down the middle for my skill level. Not too easy, but also challenging. The course has a wide range of hole lengths ranging from 100 yds. To 400 yds. Which allows players to use a variety of clubs in their bags.

Some of the greens are in rough shape, but for the price to play on this course it’s not big deal. Very fun course, I’ll be back again!

This was my second time playing the course and I came away disappointed. The first time I played was in mid-June and the course was in nice condition and a good value play. I’m not sure if ownership changed or what but the course had obviously been vastly neglected since. The greens were awful. I don’t think this was a weather issue. It seemed like a lack of effort to maintain the course.

Last week when I played there was the friendliest gentleman greeter! He made sure we were all set to go chatted a bit and upon our return he was just as friendly as when we arrived! Bravo to him! Excellent customer service! Thank you

A very nice somewhat challenging executive course very good first experience will definitely play again.

Good, well paced round for a Saturday. People were very nice and I played with nice people as well.

I arrived to find no starter, no ranger and no clean carts. There were people milling about not really sure what to do. People were going out in all group sizes the only employees I saw was the woman who checked me in (very nice) and the guy watering the green as I was trying to hit on. Other than that no management of course at all.

The condition of the course is good. It had time to rest and it shows. The pace is 2-21/2 hours for 9. Know that going in and you won’t get frustrated. If you play with nice people, which I have, it’s not a problem.

I was concerned about the lack of sanitary precautions.
