Pinecrest Golf Course

The greens are in great shape and the pace of play was quick. The staff really make Pinecrest a great experience.

Great course, 2 couple of long dog leg holes and of course water hazards. Greens are decent.

I have played this course a few tines before, and the staff is usually very welcoming and friendly. On this particular date, the Starter was very rude! After checking-in inside the clubhouse and receiving a cart key, I took my clubs outside to locate an available cart. As I began securing my clubs to the back of the cart, the Starter came up to me and in a very rude tone, asked me what I was doing. I shared with him that I had a tee time, the time I was scheduled to tee off (approximately 15 minutes) and that I had checked-in with the clubhouse. He then began asking me a series of questions, as if he had to confirm my identity, then felt the need to explain the rules, etiquette and expectations of Pinecrest, assuming I had never played at Pinecrest before, or have never played golf before. As more golfers began to arrive for their own tee times (including the other three gentleman I was going to play with), I noticed he greeted them in a much different manner, and asked very few questions of them. Maybe he already knew them or recognized them as golfers who have played the course before, but if they want to continue to have new and returning customers, everyone who works there, especially the Starter, need to work on their customer service skills, and be mindful or how they treat ALL customers!

Solid course, a couple of long holes with dog legs. Narrow greens but really good course. 8th hole is tough. Recommend

We got rained out after 5 holes. Called GN and gave me a $14 credit. In additional I had inadvertently prepaid for myself twice. I payed three time opposed to once. GN stated they gave me a $46 credit on my GN account totaling $60. When I book again how will I see my GN account balance decreasing oppose to charges hitting my credit card?
