Slow Pace of Play and Aeration
Played with three other players on a Tuesday (8/1/23). Weekdays normally result in good pace of play. Our 9 hole round took 2 hours and 45 minutes which in my experience is out of the ordinary for Pinecrest. It started with a bottleneck on hole #2. Also had to wait on #4, #5, #6 and #8. I realize aeration is necessary but it was done on a number of holes (#1, #2, #3, #4, #6, etc.) right in front of the greens which prevented approach shots shy of the green from bouncing and/or rolling up onto the green. It cost us all a number of strokes. Had I known the condition prior I'd have played a different course until the aeration healed. That's on me for not inquiring about course condition beforehand. Regardless, we all had a good time and still enjoyed our round on a nice day!

Course was in great condition except for the greens, it was the only area that needed work

Super fun narrow hard course
This course was amazing greens weren’t to bad my only issue was the gnats. They where super super thick like waves to the point where every shot was a challenge to focus over all they lay out is amazing and pace was good highly recommend for people who don’t have tons of time to play a full 18 holes.

Great 9 holes
Pinecrest was a great 9-hole course, with variety of yardage from tee that challenges a golfer to hit accurate 160-220 yard shots on the par 4s. Course was in great condition, rough is tough to get out of, so additional emphasis on accuracy. Love coming out to get an early 9 holes in, grounds crew and management staff are great. I will be back!

The course has taken a turn for the better.
New greens keeper at the course and he is doing a fantastic job. The folks in the clubhouse are very kind and accommodating as well. This is the best the physical course has been in at least 14 years. Great 9 hole tract.
