Remarkable drainage for a public course
Heavy rain for several days before, but Brambleton was in very good shape. The greens were soft, but rolled good. Speed picked up as the day went on. Fairways are in great condition with rough recently mowed to a reasonable level which helps the pace of play. Enjoyed my round.

Nice course
Well maintained, with good greens, some challeging holes. Still don't understand why people do not fix pitch holes on green!

Course in good shape except sandtraps lack good sand course interesting and challenging but not unfair

Very nice. Overall.
Way back when it was bring built. I installed the irrigation there. This was the second time I played the course first being opening day. Much better this time after things grew in. I had a bad day but the course was excellant.

Brambles
This is a great course for middle of the road handicaps. The layout is fair but challenging and the greens were in great shape. It's a little more expensive than I would like to pay but all in all a good value.

Great course
Course is in great shape. The first green is being worked on so there is a temporary hole on the fairway, that was the only issue that I noticed. Tee boxes and fairways are perfect.

Some challenges
Normally I love playing here but the greens had been aereated (sp) and no one said anything. You really couldn't putt. Pace of play was off also and no ranger out to speed the group in front of us along so it took 5 hours.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Our aeration was completed on March 29th. Unfortunately, due to some of the cooler weather we have experienced in early April and the grass not growing as fast as it normally does, it has taken longer than normal for the greens to fully recover. As for the pace of play, we apologize for the slower round on the day you played. We were a little short handed on volunteer staff to marshal the course and are actively recruiting to bolster our staff. Thank you for playing and we hope to see you again soon.
Will Improve
Greens were bumpy due to aeration and sanding and some fairways were a little short of grass given start of growing season. Should be great in a month but still worth playing now.
Thank you for taking the time to review the course. Aeration was completed on 3/29. With the cooler temps in April, the grass has not grown as quickly as normal and full recovery has taken longer than in years past. Thanks for playing and for your patience as we get back to great course conditions.
