Nice course but need to space out tee times. Front 9 took 2hr, 45 min. Course is in very good condition and a fun layout

Went out as a single Saturday morning course is in great condition, green green great shape. I would definitely play again. I did find it funny that there’s a sign in the cart that says fill in your divots, but there was no divot mix in the canisters. Also no GPS you would think they would have it charging well over $100 for around.

They had recently aerated the greens and were bumpy. The ruff was was high averaging six inches and thick. As a first time player there it was hard to tell where the fairway ends and the ruff started, so course knowledge a big factor when playing your round

we played in the rain, no one was around… the course is in great shape, no standing water—fairways were immaculate, greens were predictable and moderately fast. had an awesome day. highly recommended.

First time playing. Course conditions and staff were great. Got stuck behind a tournament (on a Saturday ??). So the first 5 holes dragged. Picked up after that. Greens were a little fluffy but rolled true. A bit pricey but that seems to be the new normal with nicer courses. Grass range and nice putting and chipping areas. Will go again for sure.

The course is average with very little memorable holes that stoodout. The fairways have seen lots of divots everywhere from hosting large outtings and clinics, while the greens were hard as a rock and lightning fast.

Upon arriving to the course as a first time player, there is no friendly greeting, instead you are asked by the same Marshall what your name is and when is your tee time, 4 times, while not providing any details about the course. There are no tee box markers with distances on any of the holes. With the weather being extremely hot, you would think a course that has a green fee over $100 would have water jugs around the course; however, there was not a single one. The staff was not overly friendly for a place that has such a high price tag for green fees. The course was decent, but would never pay more than $85 to play again. Players beware, do not let the price tag entice you to think this is a incredible local course, it's just average.

From my personal experiences, South Riding has established a very respectable reputation in all categories. From the friendly clubhouse workers to the intricate course design this place is only held back by a few minute details. For instance, pace of play will occasionally bottle up every couple of rounds and the pricing can seem a bit inflated, especially the 9 holes pricing increase. Ultimately, the price increases help bring the club much needed upgrades that make this course feel like a premium public course, a huge jump in standards from years prior. I encourage everybody to try out South Riding for this summer season!

Greens and fairways were recently aerated however the greens were running well. Give it another week or two and some more rain, the course will be in very good shape
