Aeration alert
They aerated last week, which I was aware of, so putting was tough. The rest of the course was great. I give it two weeks, then it should be back to normal. Still a great value.
Props to the course,and golfnow for the alert.. Nothing worse than showing up to a surprise aeration.

Never play this course again...no design just put trees all over

Golf at the North
Great price, great service, ,course in good shape, Very nice golf carts, GPS on Carts,,played there many times over the years, Go there when is is cold weather and we can't play at our home course in Hagerstown,Md

My home course
The North course is one of my favorites in the valley though it needs a little work and I prefer when the water ran all the way trough the course but it is a fun and challenging course with no really short par 3's. It is a little worn down from the summer but still in decent shape. Overall my biggest gripe other than the gps carts acting up at times is the quality of the sand traps. Some $ spent on some good white sand would go a long way on BG. Also I think they should consider staring on 10 as #1 and have #9 as your finish for 18 with the pond and the clubouse for a view as you come over the hill from the tee box toward the green.

Awesome place to play. The staff was friendly and we got an awesome deal for $13/ person using golf now. Only thing was the greens had a lot of excess dirt from worms but we had a ton of rain the night before. 10/10 would play here instead of locust hill or black rock.

Great round with friendly staff.
Really great value and I enjoyed the golf! The layout is challenging and makes you play a number of shots and utilize strategy if you are not an everyday (or week for that matter) hack.

Great golf outing on Friday
Got the hot deals from Golfnow.com. Enjoyed the game at the North course. Too bad, there is no practice range on the course. Loved the GPS on the golf cart.

A hidden gem in the Shenandoah Valley.
The two 18 hole courses are well maintained and new carts with GPS is a bonus. The staff in the pro shop and food side are friendly and helpful. Hats off to Adam, Jimmy and Vito!

Good Value
The employees at the course are some of the nicest people I've encountered on a golf course. The course is very well priced. The fairways on the North course are narrow and tree-lined, and the greens are smaller with a decent amount of slope. The course conditions were good. Bowling Green North is a good value.

Upgraded all carts with gps screens and stuff this season. It’s pretty nice. Course was in good shape, long round because of cart path only today but it had rained a lot the night before the fairways were pretty squishy the few I was in anyway. Overall good course.
