Nice little par 3
It’s a nice little par 3. They have a ni e heated bay range and the course was in good shape.
Great muni course
I live about 15 minutes from Hains point (East Potomac) golf course so I’ve gotten used to golfing there for a quick nine hole round. But now that I’ve found Oakmont I don’t know if I’ll ever go back there. It’s a few extra minutes to get to but the course is in sooo much better shape and has a better layout and costs the same or maybe less than East Potomac. The greens are also in great shape and a bit faster than other nine hole courses usually have.
Overall Great
The only critique I have is for the tee box to be better managed.
Teee Boxes
The tee boxes are horrible. They’re all dirt and weeds.
This course is fun and a challenging par 3
Don’t really have a complaint. Some tee boxes are not that good but it’s just such a high traffic course I’d imagine it would be hard to keep up

Great course; could use a better marshall
Staff at club house were very nice.
Course marshal was not.
