The lush, rolling terrain occupied by Bent Tree Golf Club was sculpted into one of the most popular championship golf courses in central Ohio. Dennis Griffiths, the course's architect, seamlessly blended the design with the natural features of the landscape. The abundant natural water hazards come into play on half the holes and Griffiths strategically incorporated several well placed bunkers. The terrain's gentle undulations provide some interesting slope in the greens that place a priority on accuracy. Bent Tree Golf Club's par-4 eighth hole is especially demanding. It may be short at only 334 yards but it is surrounded by bunkers on all sides. It is followed by another tricky par 4 that requires both distance and accuracy in order to navigate the tree-lined fairway uphill to an undulating green faced with bunkers to the front and back.

Challenging course
The course is challenging, but makes me want to come back and do better. A TON of bunkers in the fairways and surrounding the greens.

Fall golf
The course was in good shape for the time of the year. They blow the leaves off the greens which is nice since it was fall.
Fall Golf at BentTree
All is good at Bent Tree, it was a breezy day, but the course was great, and the course workers were very friendly and helpful.

Haven't played there in 20 years bunkers used to be kept nice of course conditions weren't near as good as they were 20 years ago
Overall fun course friendly staff dreams have been aerated a month ago and we're pretty good considering it was wet and that dewy morning but had fun always enjoyed the course would recommend it to anyone

Awesome course
A very fun course, with a lot of open fairways for decent driver shots. Greens were in fantastic conditions.

Fun and challenging
A bit pricey. But great conditions and the course is fun and challenging
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
First off, my review may be different from other experiences because my tee time was late in the day (6 pm) and I was told there was a tournament that took place before us. However, the divots and overall care for the course was completely disregarded. The tee boxes were absolutely destroyed. Because the driving range is right in the center between the first hole and the 5th hole, there were yellow practice balls EVERYWHERE on the course. The 7th hole was an absolute nightmare due to terrible tee box conditions and overall course conditions. Rough was poorly maintained and the sand traps were in pretty bad shape. The 3rd hole was genuinely fun to play as well the 8th but by the time we got to the 8th, I wasn’t even having fun anymore. I’ll admit I’m not that good at golf but this course was unplayable for me and my partner. I have never walked off during a round of golf until now. Lastly, overbooking. We sat at the 5th tee box with 3 other groups waiting to play the hole for 30 minutes. Don’t book so many tee times on a tournament day. I really wanted to give this course a better review because I’ve heard it used to be a great course, but I can’t. It’s just too poorly cared for.

Playable sand traps!
Course is always in great shape. Definitely worth the price. Only complaint was the number of ball marks left.
