Lake Land Village Golf Course - Generation II & III Course
About
While LakeLand Village is known for its PGA-level, 27-hole course, it is more than just a golf facility. Situated just 45 minutes west of Tacoma, the community surrounds Anderson Lake, offering three beaches with swimming areas and stunning views of Mt. Rainier to the south. It's a great option for family retreats or just a challenging round of golf. The course is divided into three nines known as Generation I, II, and II that are played in different 18-hole combinations. The Gen II and III golf course is arguably the most challenging combination. Strategically placed bunkers frame the undulating greens and the narrow fairways demand accuracy. Water hazards and out-of-bounds come into play throughout as well. The nines vary in level of difficulty, providing options for players of all skill levels.

Very Playable After Rain
Wet off the fairways but very playable on fairways and greens.
Best greens in Kitsap County.
Course was in good condition. A bit slow with a fivesome in front of us.
Good track
Fun course. Switched 9s from the last time I played it 4 years ago. Course was soggy in spots, which was odd. Greens were good speed, did not want to be a above the hole on a lot of them.
Great course!
Enjoyed generation three into. Pace of play was very good. Course was in really good shape. Overall a fun day and will be back.
Nice course
A little bit away from the city, but nice and peaceful area. Pace of play is great, greens are fast and true. Some dry spots on fairway and weird bounces, but it's expected in the summer.
Course in really good shape. Greens outstanding. Some really moist areas on the course don't know why.
Fun but room for improvement
A lot of older folks that play slow seem to make up their clientele. The older couple in front of us didn't let myself and my friend play through, in front of them was a dad teaching his son how to play, the round took longer than reasonable, and one of the locals said six hour rounds aren't uncommon. No course marshal anywhere, it was hit and wait for 10 minutes. The greens were in good shape, staff very friendly and helpful, course was in good shape for the most part. It's a nice drive out there, quiet and scenic. I would recommend with stipulations.
Lakeland Village review
Got a great value Thru Golf Now, totally enjoyed our round. Greens were in great shape, rough areas in some fairways. Good variety of difficulty, Driving range needs upgrade.
nice day to play
Course is suffering in places, we need rain. Still very nice overall.
Perfect weather makes for good day of golf
Great looking course, good conditions in spite of lomgvterm drought for PNW
Great Find
27 holes - we played only 18.
Thought it would be a short track but it was not at all. Played whites, but the blues are plenty long. Typically Tree line course so that adds a little difficulty level. A few dry spots, but expect that in summer.
Enjoyed the round there.
Nice day for golf
Beautiful course, very well kept, the houses around the course are very nice and add to the experience.
Beautiful day
Lakeland’s greens were excellent, overall 80 minus a Great Course wonderful views challenging holes and some great scoring we played all three
Gen 1 Excellent condition. Loved the layout. Gen 2 needs some TLC.
