Madrona Links Golf Course

Madrona is an excellent value, especially in the kind of weather that might keep other players at home. The course is almost always in great shape, it's easy to get to, and a challenge. The back 9 has some tough holes with lots of changing topography so you can get into some trouble. Not really a driving range so warm up with your heated seat on in the car on the way there! Hackers Bar & Grill has some of the best sliders ever and they have good beer. Madrona is solid!

Madrona Links is one of the driest courses around in the winter time. It is always well maintained, The course is not exceptionally long, but still provides a good challenge especially on the back side where there is a lot more undulation from tee to green. The course layout has some nice variations, and all the fairways are lined with beautiful trees that might either keep your ball in the fairway or knock it to the other side. It is a really fun course to play for all skill levels and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a great round in Gig Harbor I highly recommend Madrona Links as an option.

I got a great deal on Golfnow Hot deal. Course was in good condition and not many people for a mid November day. I did get lucky with good but cold weather. Greens were in good shape and the course had some wet spots from the previous few days of rain. Overall, fun day for golf.

Course was in great shape on this cold fall day. Greens, T boxes and fairways all were in good shape.

Fantastic time playing at Madrona today and the breakfast was out of this world. We will definitely be back.

Short course,can score if you keep it in the fairway. Greens well kept and challenging. Excellent lunch at Hackers bar and grill.

I haven't been to Madrona Links in a long time. Overall short and easy layout, but pretty narrow. Lots of trees, some in play even for good shots. OB all around the perimeter of the property. Greens were in pretty good shape. Fairly slow, but that was good considering some of the slopes. I was disappointed with the course conditions, especially considering they were prepped for their club championship the next day. Soggy and muddy in August is not good and doesn't bode well for the fall and winter here. Lots of bare ground on fairways, tees, and even near greens. Needs work. Visited the Hackers bar post round and it was fine.

A short course that logically you can say “I can par every hole” but in reality it messes with you. I can’t stop thinking about this course since I played it and have signed up to play it again in a few days. Put away your driver. You don’t need it...it’ll only get you in trouble on the tight fairways.

Second time playing the course. Lots of trees and some narrow fairways. If you are in the area it is definitely worth playing. Lots of challenges for all skill levels.

Course conditions were good. Greens were challenging.

Great course great restaurant-the people are friendly and welcoming except for Ryan- He just doesn’t understand customer service .

Once again I had a great time at Madrona. It is a great course with fantastic staff. I could play anywhere but my first choice is Madrona. Sincerely Kenneth Rachal
