About
Auburn Golf Course sprawls across the rolling hills that run alongside the Green River. Originally built in 1948, the course was bought by city of Auburn, Wash. in 1968. The course has gone through major renovations in recent years including the reconstruction of nine fairways, 15 greens, and 17 tee boxes. The layout sprawls across more than 150 acres of lush hillsides, offering scenic views throughout. The golf course has a classic design with 20 bunkers strategically placed throughout as well as two ponds and a waterfall that come into play. Though you will face a variety of different lies that to the undulating landscape, there aren't any blind shots to contend with. Auburn Golf Course combines challenging elements with playability, making it a course that appeals to players of all skill levels.

Relaxing
Great course not long but not short lay out is good relaxing for play

Great course, fairways are soggy in some areas.
I found out that is cheaper getting the course rates instead of the on-line deals.

Early Friday round
Haven't played this course in over a year. Enjoyed the layout and pace, but the drainage is pretty bad when we lost at least 5 balls in the fairway. Our cart also died on13 and had to call the desk twice to get a new one brought to us. But golf is still better than work. Would recommend in the summer when it's drier.

Too wet to play
The front 9 wasn’t too bad. It was wet but playable. The back 9 just got saturated, my coat, pants, hat, and golf glove just got soaked. I walked off after the 16 hole. I could not make a good strike of the ball anymore with those conditions.
I would like to try the course again in better conditions. The layout changed drastically in the back 9. I want to see what else is there.

Soggy but playable
The course is always fun to play. Not surprised that it was very wet and soggy given the amount of rain we've had.
Bring your patience
Not sure if it’s the way they’re packing them off the 1st tee but it always seems like your lucky it you get out under 5 hours there

Any plans to put a bit more drainage in on the lower hill holes?
