Beautiful Experience
It was my first time playing this course and I had an amazing time. Would recommend any golf lover to check this course out and I will most definitely be back again soon
Fooled
I had nos issue witht hhe course, normal maintenance is to be expected. They had just aerated and were using tempoarary greens, It would have been nice if GolfNow would have let me know instead of selling me the "hotdeal" for a course that was less than 100%
Don’t play here
This course was in the worst condition of any course I’ve ever played. Fairways were like concrete mixed with dried river beds, if you do play, take your back out of the bunker because there are rocks bigger than golf balls in them. The fringe was unplayable, the chipping and putting green were both closed. This course should not be open and definitely should not be charging $100+
Friday Fun
We had a good time playing this course. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The shape of the course has really been affected by lack of water, too bad. We had fun any way.
I was told it is a whole different course when there is rain.
The food in the club house was good
What happened!
Played today, the fairways in bad shape, some of the tee boxes are in bad shape, and the greens were ok. Couple years ago this course was wonderful. I really hope they don’t close the course and someone buys it and gets it back to what it once was.
Fairways
The fairways were brown / barren in quite a few spots. I expected dry conditions in mid-August, but was surprised that there were bare spots in a lot of areas. This would be something you'd expect at a muni-course being run on a budget. It's still an excellent course to play, though. Some tough holes, for sure.
Overpriced!
Every hole has dead earth in the worst places, constantly had to move the ball to a spot you can actually hit off of, if we could even find a spot that was decent. same around many greens, this is not golf all other courses in the area are actually maintained.
Needs water
I like this course a lot, nice layout, challenging without being overwhelming difficult. But late summer this course is always very dried out. I missed several shots just due to dead grass and hard pan conditions. It was even hard to keep drives in some of the fairways as the hard contact would allow balls bounce and roll off into a hazard. With a bit more water this could be a really great course. Some of the local city courses do a lot better in this regard.
Rocky Sand traps
Nice course, fun to play, greens are in good shape. Bunkers are not good, low sand, and good size rocks in the traps. Did not see a beverage cart until the 9th hole.
Overall, I think course is good, and food is great, but need to spend some money on the bunkers.
Over hyped and over priced
I should have known when I saw the bare patches on the pitting green. The greens were like table tops and the fairways weren’t much softer. Overall, I liked the course layout, but it was not in great shape, definitely not for a $100 round that took 5 hours. The tee boxes were so hard, it was difficult to put a tee in the ground. Add in a cloudy day, and I was, overall, disappointed with the round.
Disappointed
Course is not in good condition. Lots of dead grass on greens and fairways. Water areas have nasty black plastic showing. Cost too much for its conditIon. The range balls are horrible as well as over priced
Summer Golf Conditions
Great track but some of the typical summer conditions make it a bit spendy. Very tight lies in many areas where fairway burned out. Either water more or let the grass grow a little higher would be my recommendation. Great for extra roll on drives, but I probably only had 50% good lies in fairway. Greens rolled well, nice and quick and will hold.
Given the fairway conditions price is way high.
Country Club style course open to the public!
You won’t be disappointed, bring a few sleeves of balls though, plenty of water throughout the course
