About
Auburn Golf Course sprawls across the rolling hills that run alongside the Green River. Originally built in 1948, the course was bought by city of Auburn, Wash. in 1968. The course has gone through major renovations in recent years including the reconstruction of nine fairways, 15 greens, and 17 tee boxes. The layout sprawls across more than 150 acres of lush hillsides, offering scenic views throughout. The golf course has a classic design with 20 bunkers strategically placed throughout as well as two ponds and a waterfall that come into play. Though you will face a variety of different lies that to the undulating landscape, there aren't any blind shots to contend with. Auburn Golf Course combines challenging elements with playability, making it a course that appeals to players of all skill levels.

Good conditions, slower pace of play
Course looked great, greens were in good conditions. Pace was slow, Marshall was not interested in speeding anyone up even the 5some in front of us.
Good course
Course condition is nice in overall. Staffs are friendly. The restaurant’s food is very tasty.
Staff Made the Difference
Gordy in the pro shop and Leon the course marshal helped me have an awesome experience. The sport of golf itself is subjective when reviewing. It's the other things that stand out for me. Course and facility cleanliness, maintenance and care, food and beverage, and, above all, courteous and professional employees. Last time I was at Auburn the pro shop employee was snotty. Yesterday, everyone was super kind and helpful.
A wonderful golfing & scenic adventure
A tale of 2 nines.
Reasonably tough front 9, especially if one plays the back tees but greens can be read… larger than normal greens, it takes one’s focus to do well.
Back 9 is a whole other story, with the effect of the mountains green-reading takes to a whole new level for holes 11-14. 16th hole is a great hole and is well designed challenge

Terrifc Experience
Had first Tee time out, very early start. Great experience and the course conditions were fantastic for a rather highly played public course. No complaints about course. In fact, the greens rolled very well with few ball marks, fairways were in good shape. Overall, I give it an A-. The only negative: I flelt the greens fees were a little pricey for weekday play on a true municipal course.
Great course to play
I have played Auburn many times and it is always is great shape. The fairways are smooth and the greens are perfect. Lunch at Bogies after is always very tasty as well !!
Great round today
Course is in great shape played in the morning and place of play was an easy 4 hour round no one pushing us at all
Beautiful day for a Sunday round at Auburn
A couple of buddies and I were looking for a tee time and we managed to find on at Auburn. The course was in great shape, and with our 6:20am tee time we didn’t run into any traffic on the course and we finished in around 3:30. The pro shop team was friendly and the waitress was attentive for our after round food and drinks. We plan on returning for another round!
Golf now two expensive
It would have been cheaper for me to go directly to the course.
