solid course
tee boxes,traps, and greens were in very good condition.. fairways are being cored and sanded but played well, excellent value later in the afternoon, will definitely play again
A Walk in the wilderness park!
Course is in great condition, including the greens that were just
punched in the previous ten days and rolled really well. A variety
of real interesting holes to challenge golfers of all skill sets.
4 1/2 Stars
I'm giving the course 5 stars because there is no 4 1/2 star rating and I love the place. Loomis has been consistently placed among the best courses in the Northwest and it does not disappoint. I have seen it in better condition in the past but considering that the resort has been in bankruptcy for some time, conditions are more than acceptable. There were so few people playing that we felt like Country Club members. This course is tighter and tougher than sister course Semiahmoo but there are a lot less houses in evidence and a lot more water. I don't have a favorite. I like them both equally for different reasons.
