Twin Rivers Golf Course

About
Twin Rivers Golf Course in Fall City, Wash. is located just 30 minutes outside of Seattle and offers one of the best values in the area. The player-friendly layout is a relatively short par 70 at just over 6,000 yards from the back tees. The course is ideal for beginners since the elevation changes aren't dramatic and the landscape is fairly open. You will still find challenges throughout the course though including strategically placed sand traps and the occasional water hazard. The tree-lined fairways are generous but the small greens require accuracy. The seventh is arguably the most challenging hole. This long par 4 plays into the wind with a green that slopes from left to right. Twin Rivers Golf Course finishes with a tough par 3 that features a multi-level green that makes putting quite the challenge.

Surprisingly great condition!
The greens at Twin Rivers are in excellent shape! They aeration was earlier than most and they are watering regularly. Rough is manicured and fairways are firm and fair. Tee boxes need some love bit anytime you have 18 great greens for $30 snd a 3.5 hour round, how can you complain?
Fairway condition
Tee box and fairway was in poor condition. The ground was hard as rock. You had to club down every shot if your short of the green because your ball will roll 50-80 yards. Grass was non existent on fairways and the tee box. No roughs to slow the ball down. Tee box was mostly sand, you had to screw your tee in to the ground every hole. The only upside was pace was only good because we were the first ones out, and the green was the only grass which was maintained.
Fun dry course…lots of roll, friendly staff
I hadn’t played this course in over 15 years. I didn’t remember it ever being as dry as it was. The greens were very nicely watered and plush. The fairways were very dry and hard. The fun part was drives would go extra long because the ball would land and roll forever. That made it fun! Lots of short shots into the greens. The pace of play was awesome. We walked the course and played it in less than four hours on a Sunday afternoon. The driving range was nice, the staff was awesome and the price was right.
Course is in bad shape
I've golfed this course many times before and yesterday was the worst I've ever seen it. Most of the greens were okay but the tee off and fairways were so brown and burned out. Guess they need to invest in a better irrigation setup? It was extremely difficult to even shove a tee into the soil. Hope they get this fixed someday.
Good layout, bad condition
The tees at this course are nonexistent and you have to break your tee or fingers to even get set up to hit your drive. They need to build real raised tees and water them, not just pick a spot on the hard ground to put the markers down. The pro shop also needs to be nicer on the phone.
Very rude staff
I arrived to check in, but no one was at the desk. I stepped away to use the restroom, came back, and the guy was finally there. When I gave my name, he said, “You’re the one we missed.” I explained that no one was there when I first tried to check in, and he proceeded to yell at me in front of other golfers, insisting he’d called my name. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing. What a way to welcome guests.
Twin Rivers....
Poorly maintained course with ground under repair all over the place and probably the slowest and most inconsistent greens I've played all year.
Stay away!
Having played over 130 courses in Washington, this is the worst course since Tyee closed. Tee boxes so hard you need a hammer to place your tee. Greens half baked with gouges in them. I played this course many years ago and it was in better shape. They have let this course go down hill.
Extremely hard and dry conditions
Whole course was like patchy concrete - extremely dry and dead grass in all areas. Many tee boxes were entirely dirt; chunks taken out of greens. No water available on-course. Will not return.
