Golfer Reviews
Below Par
Front nine looks horrible. Back nine is significantly more picturesque and the conditions are considerably better, yet drainage seems to be an issue throughout the fairways even after two days of sunshine.
Checking in, I was a bit taken aback by the frigid welcome. Maybe it was the mask and the plexiglass, but it was certainly not a very welcoming place.
Lastly, the lack of signs presents not only navigational problems, but there are a few holes where the tee box drives over traffic (roads with cars)!
Thank you for taking the time to review the course and rate us. We are going to pass along your feedback to the staff. Thanks for visiting Nile Shrine Golf Course!
Spring golf is here!
Overall, conditions pretty good considering the recent weather. Grass was in better shape than some of the other courses around Seattle. Still some muddy/boggy areas and places where the grass needs to fill in. Greens in good shape!
This course sure can hold it's water!
It's March, and we were expecting damp conditions, but there wasn't a spot on the course that wasn't like walking on a super wet sponge. 20 minutes of rain on the front nine and we were still dealing with puddles on the 18th green. There's a lot to be done about drainage...

Great Greens
A little wet with muddy areas, but pretty decent compared to most courses in the PNW. Greens were rolling very good with not much soft spike marks.
Good value for your money
The course was in good condition. The greens were excellent and the fairways were nice some wet spots. The course is not very long but will challenge your shot making skills. I will be playing this course again and I highly recommend this course.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to see that your overall experience was anything short of 5 stars, but we hope you'll give us another try in the near future. Thanks for choosing Nile Shrine Golf Course.
