Riverside Golf Course

Great price, solid amenities, good variation in holes, lots of really good things about this course. On the negative side, if you're riding the cart paths are beat up, some huge, unavoidable potholes in certain areas. Pace of play was fine, but could have been better. They were working on the greens in preparation for some league play after, which I was fine with since they were in good shape because of it, but I had to skip one hole after the tee shot. Other than that, fun course at a great price.

My brother and I played there Saturday for the first time. We like to try out courses around our area. Even though it was about an hour and a half drive, the course was worth the drive. We played Saturday afternoon and expected slower play, but we played 18 in about 3 1/2 hours so not bad at all. We both like the variety of holes and how you had to use every club in your bag at times. Will definitely try to go back.

Always in good condition, nice greens and tee boxes. Good value at the normal rates but outstanding at the golf now rates.

course is only 30 minutes from my house after this visit wont go back its always slow course more about money than quality had a group of eight holding everyone up its a nice course but always slow

The layout is tough and a few of the holes are longer to par for the average golfer; makes one appreciate what the pro's can do

This is a great layout for a short course... tree lined and lots of them...small greens with average amount of slope... they have a great restaurant make sure to try the chicken salad sandwich it is 5 star!... I play it at least twice a year... would play it more but it takes an hour and a half for me to get to.... check it out I think you will enjoy!

This is a great course for the price. The layout is solid, the course was in good condition, and the pace of play was quick.

Flat narrow fairways pleanty of large pine trees

I love playing at Riverside. The course is in great shape. I always end up using every club in the bag.

Course was in nice shape and you cant beat the value. Clubhouse was nice and big and the course has several beautiful holes on the front 9. Didn't get a chance to play back 9 due to slow pace of play. Would prob play this course again in future even with the slow play

The course is fun but it's not a scoring course by any means. If you hit a shot to a back pin location a yard long it hits off the back and kicks to give you a 30 yard pitch. Also, another time, there were 6 carts backed up on the 7th tee box. The part of the course I do love is that the chipping green and the putting green are always available to anyone. But they could really lower the prices of the driving range as well. Good, fun course though when it's not backed up.

Good course to learn your clubs and learning where to lay up for a good 2nd shot but fairways are mainly crab grass and a lot of dry areas or dead grass for the amount of rain we had earlier this season.

Fun course, good greens......gets an extreme amount of play. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Course was in amazing condition some of the best greens I have ever been on . Can't wait to go back!!!!

Greens in great shape, fairways to green. Pace of play up to par. Will return soon.

You will not fnd a course in WV or Southeastern OH with as good an atmosphere and low as a price as Riverside. The staff is great. The course is good for beginners and still challenging for advanced golfers.
