About
The 18-hole, 7,707 par-72, Glaze Meadow Course, designed by Bunny Mason, was completed in 1980. Both courses are outstanding for scenery and golfing enjoyment. They are carved out of pine forest with seven snowcapped mountains towering above.
There is a breathtaking beauty about the Glaze Meadow Course. White sand traps, blue sky, exquisite contouring of fairways and greens, and the spaciousness of the layout combine to make this an unforgettable course. Both novice and accomplished golfers will find the course unforgettable. Hole #12, a 590-yard par-5 with a view of Mt. Washington behind the green is the toughest on the Glaze Meadow Course.

A must play course!
It has been one year since a 3.5 mil $ revision and Glaze Meadow is phenomenal. The course is beautifully maintained with lush fairways and rough that will slow your ball if it is headed off the fairway. The greens have primary, secondary and tertiary rough: all perfectly maintained. They are rolling dead true. The bunkers are well located with even depth sand. There is only one other course in Central Oregon with better maintenance and that is Pronghorn. Gp and play this course. It is spectacular!!

tourist play , lot of walkers, very slow, no beverage cart Let a fivesome play with 2 bags.

Black Butte is a treasure. Both courses are outstanding.
Very well maintained and groomed!
This is right up there with the best courses I have ever played. The fairways were well groomed and even the roughs were great to play out of. I now understand when the commentators on the PGA tour shows are talking about when they say the greens are hard to hold. It took some getting used to playing such firm greens. But they were still fantastic! People told me it is the best course in Oregon and now I believe them!
