Our Tee time was scheduled for mid-morning. When we arrived (15 minutes before our Tee time) there was a group 6 teeing off. We, along with a few other groups of two followed the 6. Their pace of play was extremely slow. We usually finish our 9 holes in 1.5 hours. It took us 2.5 hours to finish today.
This was the second time that we followed a group of six. I will not plan to play this course again unless the control the group number to four or less.
been going here for the last three years I love the staff and the course is good enough for the price
Hidden 9-Hole Gem
Auburn Bluffs is a very nice little public course . The conditions were good. Tee boxes were a little patch and fairways could have been mowed a bit closer, but greens were in very good shape and the course was nice and green. It's a very pretty course to play and on a slightly windy afternoon, it's a good challenge. Par 3s are a bit longer but there are some short 4s and 5s to make up for it. It's a fun track and a great value.
Good condition bad pace
This was my first time playing this course and was fairly happy with conditions for the price I paid. The pace of play was terrible and had to wait at the tee box for 5-10 minutes depending on the hole. Not so much a knock on the course, but the poor etiquette of a foursome in front of me
