Par 3 #8 from the tee box looking down at the green. A sand or lob wedge is all you'll need here. Across the driveway/road is out of bounds. Ball marks can be fairly deep on this green. Carry a ball mark repair tool for this one. Photo submitted by mwaschka on 11/05/2012

Scenic course in Door County
Very scenic views of the Bay at the base of Peninsula State Park. Course was in very good condition, fast greens and tight fairway on many holes. Tough walk - lots of elevation changes.
Beautiful layout but course was beat up from recent storm
I see they are trying to keep up course repairs and open play..
Overall enjoyed the course look forward to play again and this time full repair completed..
Recommend this course for play
Love the gold tees
I am not a long hitter, so having very short tee boxes enhances my enjoyment since I have at least a small chance of par or better, and it speeds up the game as my partners don't waste time while I "sneak up" on the green
Great course
As always this is a great golf course. The fairways and greens were in great condition. The staff was very accommodating. I would recommend the course for a very enjoyable round of golf.
A little flooded from the recent downpour but pristine otherwise
This is one of my favorite courses in the world and the conditions are always excellent. We had just gotten 2 inches of rain overnight, so a couple spots around were flooded, but other than that, the course was pristine as always.
Beautiful course
It is always fun to play here and the courses in great condition. It’s such a treat because it is so beautiful.

Perfect Perfect Perfect
What a place to watch the sunrise and be the first person out on the course. Jeff pointed me to the back 9 and it didn't dissappoint. The views peak out and make it quite impressive. The big par 3 down hiller was fun too. The walk isn't easy, especially down that big hill on 17 and then up from 10 to 11. Course knowledge needed on drives on some holes as the doglegs are severe but it's not tricked up or target golf at all. Just go play and enjoy it. Can't wait to go back and I hear the 6 hole short course across the street has an elevator which is cool and will be on GolfNow soon!
Peninsula never disappoints!
Another lovely round here. One of my favorites courses in Door County.
Fall golf is glorious!
Vistas and location make this well maintained course a pleasure to enjoy. Despite a drought the fairways and greens were lush. Staff is like seeing old friends. Off course amenities are limited to brats and dogs with chips, canned beverages.
Absolutely Worth It!
After visiting it in mid-October, perfect with the fall foliage, my fiance and I loved the course and planned to make it an annual activity to play this course! Very clean, amazing views, friendly staff!
