The Three Nines
Of the three nines our favorite is PIne cone with a close second FoxGlove. Thistle coarse is the shortest, a good start to get you oriented. Some of the greens on FoxGlove need more work. Overall the three courses are fun and the latter two are longer and challenging especially when playing from the tips. Some of the tree boxes are hidden in thickets with narrow passages. We thoroughly enjoyed walking the three courses and the beautiful scenery.
Beautiful course nestled among the mountains
This is a delightful course with well kept fairways and greens. Staff were friendly and pace of play just right. While not as challenging as some we've played, this course offers a solid round of golf and lots of fun!
Fun Day at Mt. Hood Resort Golf
Had low expectations for this course since the last time I played here I was not in good shape. Very different this time! The greens in particular were very smooth and medium speed.
Nice mountain course
Overall very good. Pace of play was slow on first nine but we were twosome behind foursome. Second nine was very quick with virtually no one on course. 3 nines is a challenge to manage but appeared that everyone started on first nine then split. Course conditions were overall good though a view rough areas.
Nice course
Got a Golf Now hot deal and decided to give it a try. Glad I did. Scenic course set in a valley. Course was in good shape. The overall distance makes you think it’s a short course, but some of the tee shots are tight so it’s more difficult than the yardage says. Pace of play was perfect! Played solo and walked. Felt like I had the course all to myself most of the time. The guy at the pro shop was very helpful and told me Sundays are usually pretty open. I’ll probably be back.
Beautiful Scenery
Beautiful course with scenic view of the mountains. Lots of wildlife to see with a interesting layout. Course is not exceptionally long, but very, very beautiful and well-maintained.
Nice friendly course and staff
Fairways were in good condition and pace of play was good. Not super busy. Used hot deal to bring summer rates down otherwise it’s a bit steep with cart. Good carts nice paved cart paths. Greens were a bit spotty on a few holes but generally nice greens. Sand a bit thin but not too bad. Overall a very nice course to play.
Great Day
Beautiful scenery at the course, course was in good condition and worth the money, would love to play 27 and all three nines.
Heat golf day in the mountains
The course was in good shape compared to the muddy wet times we’ve played here before. Speed of play was pretty good and we played in just over 3 hours.
