East-West at Nemadji Golf Course

About
Nemadji Golf Course offers 36 holes of championship golf. There are two 18-hole courses, the East-West and North-South. At 6,774 yards from the back tees, the East-West Course is the longer of the two and it's also considered the more challenging. The tight fairways demand accuracy and you'll also encounter a slew of water hazards and strategically placed sand traps. There are also subtle breaks in the greens that will further test your skills. The golf course has some challenging holes but it's not overly punishing for beginners. Overall, the East-West is player friendly enough for all skill levels but for those who are still too intimidated, there is the gentler North-South. Nemadji's practice facilities include a driving range and chipping and putting areas.

Best golf for the money
Nemadji East-West is a challenging, yet fair golf course. The course is generating excellent condition and the staff is amazing. This is the best golf for the money in the Upper Midwest.
The best
Nemadji is hands down the best local course in the northland. From start to finish and everything in between Nemadji’s corse and staff are impressive.

Thank you Nemadji
We have become familiar with Wisconsin courses after we cant find a deal at our local courses.
Thank you Nemadji for offering great deals for golfers just looking for a good time at a decent price.
Good Track in Wisconsin
Pleasant day in Superior Wi. playing golf with a local who has a membership at this track. Most holes were straight forward but there is trouble lurking around most corners and local knowledge is very helpful. Fairways were well maintained and the greens were fast-I like fast greens. The bunkers had sand in them. I'll go back for seconds on this one.
Awesome!
Live in Duluth Minnesota. Love making the jump over to Wisconsin to play at this course. Best place to play!
Favorite local course
It's too early in the season to be hung up on course conditions but it's still in pretty good shape. This course has 36 holes and the price is always right! Nemadji is easily my favorite course in the Duluth Superior area
Greens are Fantastic
Played on a cold and overcast weekday. Nobody on the course. Played 2 balls in 4 hrs. Only saw one other group when I finally caught up to them on 18. The fairways are generous for tee shots. They are however quite bumpy/uneven. Not in a planned way either. So you run the risk of a bad lie in the fairway. The 6 star rating for this course comes on the greens. They roll very well and were quite fast. Overall a good course for the regular golfer. In this area if you want the tougher course it would be Black Bear down in Carlton.
rainy nemadji
Temps in the mid 40's and drizzle. So things were soggy but playable. It was a good time in spite of the weather.
Excellent course!
I've played all four nines here and they all offer unique challenges. It is one of the top public courses in the area, and at the price you can't beat it!
Great Course for the money!
This is a beautiful golf course that blends challenge and forgiveness. I am a pretty decent golfer and found that this course is really good for all levels of play. I would play here again in a heartbeat! Bravo!
Nemadji
Always a good time both courses offer a challenge and course speed is usually great best cost in the area for 18 holes
Staff needs more authority and start everyone on one nine.
The course greens were not the best but heard they had just opened a few weeks ago. The course staff at the turn didn't seem to have much authority. We finished our front nine and went to the back and a 5-some was put in front of us. We were only a twosome. The starter was a nice young guy and went to tell them we were making the turn. The starter told us they said they would let us play through the next hole but never happened. They take 9-hole tee times and people can be put in front of you without consideration of those that already played the first nine. Otherwise the course was OK but not that good.
Wide open
Decent little muni! Can get away with some errant shots and play from the next fairway over on quite a few holes. Lots of flat straight forward holes. Nice greens. Great course for a beginner!
