Bridges/Lakeview at Waushara Country Club

First time at Waushara gc. Great courses and employees. Will return.

I love playing this course. It has a variety of great challenging doglegs, uphill and downhill holes. Tee boxes were a little beat up, but the greens were fantastic, rolling true and fast but not too fast. They have 3 different 9 hole courses, which offer fantastic views and scenery. I love this course.

Very nice 27 holes they have out there. Very friendly staff. Very nice layout on the course. With 27 holes it was not confusing very well marked out. Very well maintained played amazing. There are quite a few challenging woods holes where you have to be very straight. If not you will be digging in your bag for more balls. Beautiful area this course is in a lot of good visuals. I live an hour plus from this place and I'll definitely be coming back.

I've played this course for about 30 years now. What we call the front nine (Lakeview) seems to be the favorite of most of the golfers I've played with. The Woodlands and Bridges you start out with blind holes so if you have not played here they are more challenging. Staff is very good. They lost their manager last year. Their new manager is not quite as accommodating as their old one. I would suggest that before you would purchase any long term buys with this course you check to see what their return policy is. I tore up my shoulder last year after buying 3 - 6 round passes and could not golf from June through the rest of the summer. They would not take them back or let me defer them until this year. This is after being a 30 year regular customer.

I've played here several times. Three nines mean a variety of rounds depending on which two you play when you visit. All have a nice variety, fair challengs and the opportunity to score well. Accuracy counts more than distance. Would recommend it and plan to play here again.

Course was in decent condition very nice layout.

Only problem the pace was very slow. Four elderly gentlemen ahead would not let us play through. Could of been a five plus hour round.

However it was a beautiful day, and the drinks and food were very good.

Waushara Country Club is a fine course for all levels; as challenging as you want to make it with ample rewards for the not-so-feint at heart. Very friendly staff, pleasant setting and a good, easy to get to location. Highly recommended.

Eat before you go. This is really the only negative thing I can say about this course is that they have brats and chips and that's it for food. The course is beautiful. It's 3 separate 9 hole rounds and I strongly recommend all 27! It is a fantastic overall course.

Course,was in good shape for this,early in the,season. Only recommendations I have is to put each holes sign at the closet tee, then you can see more. Compared to,driving by sign when going to white or red tee and keep golfing at good pace.

This course is in great shape with challenging holes.

Excellent variety of hole types and elevation changes mixed with some good scoring opportunities. A few doglegs where your distance/directional control and shot shaping abilities will be tested. Pleasant terrain with a number of unexpected lake and marsh views, wildlife sightings highly likely. No problem with GolfNow booked round, friendly, helpful staff. Will play there again!

We played 9 holes & got cancelled because of rain. Course would not give us a rain check, because there was no refund. So we paid for 18 & only played nine.. Could not finish the round.

The scenic views are awesome. Course plays very well although I wouldn't recommend beginner players to come as you WILL lose a lot of balls :)

Great staff; great weather; and tougher than normal pin placements made our round challenging and very enjoyable. If you haven't played here this year; you'll have to get out and enjoy this as we did. Thanks Waushara C.C. Mike R. & Steve G.

Course was in very nice shape except for a few dried tee boxes but otherwise the pace of play the friendliness of the staff and for the price was wonderful
