We had high hopes....
We have played this course three times and almost didn’t play this year, but we read that it had new owners and it was improving. We got there and nothing about the course was improved. The tee boxes are full of weeds, the fairways are bare and sandy, the greens are in terrible shape! The bathroom on hole 13, hadn’t been attended too in many days. No toilet paper and it was disgustingly dirty! I will never play this course again!
brutal
I've played some pretty bad courses but this one by far is the worst. I thought I was in the dessert it was so dry. I'd rather play in a cow pasture, it's greener! Will never play there again
Nice neighborhood course
This course is hanging in the balance. Greens are in good shape, fairways are below par but wouldn't take a great deal of work to be decent, sandtraps are just ok. The layout is nice and has a lot to offer.
So so.
Course is okay. Needs some bunker work. Tee box work would be good as well. Members should be fixing their divots to help with greens. Pace on greens was descent.
Neighborhood Course
The course is getting better. The fairways need a major overhaul but the greens are in good shape and the layout is good.
Back in decent Shape
I had not played this course in several months due to it's declining condition. Recently I was told by friends in this community that the course was under new ownership and was getting back in shape. Yesterday I decided to take a chance and got a tee time for late afternoon.
Well my friends were right, the course was in good condition again, grass on the fairways and greens and sand traps that had been groomed and were very playable. I will put this course back in my rotation schedule.
WOW!
I am used to playing on a flat executive course, and I am a casual golfer. I never expected all of the elevations this course offers. I found it quite challenging, and I am looking forward to playing it again. Paired with a gentleman, Dave who made my game more enjoyable.

First time playing the course! Great shape and good pace of play. I will play again soon
Just ok for a cheap price
I have not played this course for a few years because of the deteriorating conditions. I thought I would give it another try. No better. Tee boxes shot, fairways scrubby, greens poor. OK to play for under $30, but barely.

good improvement to the course. greens were in good condition
Course Conditions
Course layout is great / Course condition-Fairways & Tee boxes dry & not much green grass. Greens were ok with a few bald spots. Overall for the price a good deal / would play there again.

Course needs water, also needs spring.
