Early spring helping conditions, quite a bit of work being done. Usually plays fast but unfortunate to get behind 4 foursomes who were pitifully slow resulting in a 5 plus hour round

Good value for the money

Great layout. Grass is dormant on tees and fairways, expected for February. Greens are covered in poa anna, but mowed daily so they are very playable. Some course in the area have spotty poa and that is bad because it is bumpy. These greens rolled amazingly smoothly because all the poa was the same height. And very importantly I repeat...Great layout!
