course great shape
Saw previous reviews about greens being bad, they are not now. All greens were a little fast, but in great shape. No bad spots at all except one section of green on hole 15, which did not affect where the hole was. It is nice having par three's around 145 to 165. Don't like courses that every par 3 has to be over 190 yards.
Greens
Greens were real bouncy due to them being punched. Would like to know this in advance. Also I’m not happy with T-off since finding out I could have golfed for the same price at the course without any “fees “!
Disappointed
The greens are in horrible condition. They are getting worse each week. For the last two years it was august until they got playable. Looks like the same for this year
Good course for the price
We’ve played this course so many times but right now their greens are not good at all. Some of the worst I’ve putted on. I do expect them to get better during the upcoming months though
Good day on a wet course.
To start, I really enjoyed my round. The course was wet, cart path only. The greens were rough as were the fairways. The people were great. No one can control the weather, so you can't blame them for that. I would definitely recomend this course to everyone.
Considering the amount of rain that we have had lately, the course was in pretty good shape.
Hidden Gem
Greens had just been punched but still really decent roll. For a golf now price of $10 for a round you can't beat that at all. Will have to come play again
Too Hot For Golf
The greens are unacceptable. Without good greens nothing else matters. Also, the front nine was closed for aerification purposes even though nobody did any work on it while I was there. The only blessing was that through discounts I only paid $1.10 for my round. All the greens were in bad shape. All of the fringes around the greens were completely dead. I had hoped the Course would have improved. It has not. Very disappointing day..
Course has a very interesting layout. The Bermuda grass is starting to green up. However, the greens are just not very good. Maybe they will improve in the next month or so.
Quality Course for Reasonable Price
Great course with some challenging features. Very reasonable price for the quality of golf. They also offer weekly specials several days a week.
