The Links at Redstone - Patriot Course

Awesome sunny day in December. Staff is super friendly and eager to help whenever called upon. Warrior is definitely my favorite course of the two..

Links at redstone arsenal is a great place for a quick round of golf.

It was a wonderful day in November, the sun was overhead and temperature was mid 60s with a cool breeze. The only variable that slowed down the pace of play were the leaves which staff worked diligently to clear from the course but everything else was perfect!

Just wanted to get out and have a quick round of golf. Excellent, place to go and do that on the weekend. Specially the links course speed of greens are phenomenal.

I just wanted to contact you in reference to this previous reservation that I made, and then had to cancel within an hour. I was hoping that I could receive a credit for this reservation. Please let me know if that is at all possible.

Really enjoyed my first time at the Links. Played the Patriot course and it was in nice shape. Greens rolled well, though it would have been nice to have the practice green running close to the course greens. The starter, Eduardo was amazing and ran a very tight ship. Next time in town I will be using my MotoCaddy and walking. Not many courses around anymore where more were hoofing it than riding.

I booked 2 at 11am on a thursday . $27 each cart included- great value! Course conditions were great- greens excellent, fairways dry but cut to reasonable short length- dry due to recent drought. taller grass outside fairways recently cut to 8 inch for linx out of bounds and 3-4 in for roughs just off fairways- pace of play was great - did 18 holes in 3.2 hours

Course, nothing disappointed! The greens were

fast and immaculate. The fairways were perfect!!

Great course, I've played many military base golf courses, this is one of the best!

The aerated the week before, but the greens on the Warrior course still rolled well!

Liked the course however the reception in the Clubhouse was not friendly…but the course and the folks who ran the course made up for this less than warm reception….

Nice Alabama summer day - hot, humid, but no precipitation. Course was in great shape. Rough was moderate, but playable. Long grass areas on Warrior were recently groomed down, so an errant shot had a chance to be found and you could decide whether to take a chance playing it. I was asingle and finished in about 3 hours. The foursomes in front of me were gracious to let me play through.

Get the Rec Pass as you can't play this course on the military base without one (they are free)

I mostly love how this place is NOT overcrowded.

The courses and grass range were in great shape,

Great food and drinks at decent prices.

Electric carts come with rain covers.

Only thing this place is sorely missing is a bev cart, gotta make quite a detour at the turn to grab refreshments, but other than that, this place is solid!

Big storms rolled in on us and we were forced to take shelter for a couple of hours. Does anyone know how to get reimbursed through golf now?

The golf course was in fair condition for the most part. The greens were extremely slow because of the sand from a recent aeration. There were a few fairways that were starting to go away but nothing that really hurt the play. The bunkers were in good shape. The place of play was great. We never got held up and never got pushed even though the place was packed. The biggest drawback is there’s not much shade and no beverage cart. We could not bring an outside cooler and if you don’t get your refreshments at the start there’s not another real opportunity. If they had somebody running a snack cart they would have made bank on me that day. I will definitely play here again and plan accordingly next time.
