The Links at Redstone - Warrior Course

The Warrior course was closed due to aeration and top dressed. We played the Patriot and it was in good shape! The greens were 95% recovered from being aerated in weeks past and the rolled true.

Course was in great shape. Pace was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

These courses are always in relatively good shape and today was no exception!

I have played this course numerous times and I have never seen it as nice as it was yesterday.

Greens were amazing and fast.

Shot a 79 and could not be happier!!

As always-it was great playing this course! Fairways are lush and the greens roll well!

Course is in great shape for this time of year. Staff is very friendly. Pro Shop purchases are tax free, which for the $700 driver I bought recently is a big deal!

Everything about the course and the staff were great, especially the price!

Biggest draw back, I showed up over an hour early to the Redstone visitor center to get a pass to go on base, and I nearly missed my 11:30a tee time. It was basically like going to the DMV waiting 55 mins to perform a 3 min task, then rush to the course before missing the tee time.

This app says show up 30 mins early… more like 2 hours, so you won’t be rushed.

Now that I know, I’ll definitely be back (more prepared) and ready for a less rushed day.

Warrior course more difficult than the patriot course. Bring example balls for the Warrior course.

Love this course as well as the Warrior course BUT I AM TIRED OF THIS SIDE CONSTANTLY FEELING LIKE IT IS CART PATH ONLY EVERY TIME I PLAY IT!

I love the Warrior course it is difficult and makes you focus on hitting good shots due to high rough on the front side but the back 9 also is difficult due to elevation changes and tight fairways. One of the top course in North Alabama in my opinion

My foursome had a tee time at 11:30. We pulled up to the first tee at approximately 11:20 and there were 4 foursomes on the hole (1 in fairway, 2 waiting at tee box, and then mine). The 2 foursomes in front did a good job of keeping pace and getting out of the way. However, the foursome we were stuck behind might have been the slowest group I've ever played behind. They didn't even think about letting us play through, and what makes it worse was that there was no one behind us, so they could have taken all the time they wanted if they let us play through. What should have been a 4 hr round turned into a 4 hr 45 min round. The course has a marshall, but we only saw him once and it was while we were waiting to tee off at the first hole. Just wish they would monitor regularly and either tell that group to pick up and move to next hole or let us play through. Still had an enjoyable round with my group, but the slow play ahead of us was extremely annoying.

The course is in excellent condition and the greens are super fast!

My 2 year old travels with us and absolutely loves golf. We take him to almost every course we go to and he loves to use his little clubs and hit the ball. As soon as we walked in you could tell the staff already had an extremely bad attitude. We checked in and he looked at my son and said “uh do you have someone to watch him?” I said “no he rides with me and just hits his little clubs”. I figured that would charge me for him and that would have been fine. He said “no children below 5.” I asked him for a reason and he struggled his shoulders and said it was “too dangerous”. When I was trying to figure out if I could switch my tee time so I could take him home he wouldn’t even look to see if they had other tee times. I understand rules are rules but it’s absolutely pathetic how little customer service this place has. Also this should be made aware while booking the course, I had to dig through there terms to find the “no kids above 5” clause. I will NOT be returning and I will make sure everyone knows customer service is pathetic as well.
