Need better tee boxes
Some of the tee boxes could use some work because two of them are just sand and you can’t even stick a tee in the ground. Also if it’s still daylight and people pay to play for 18 holes and it runs late then let them play through instead of picking up the flags
For the price, it’s definitely five stars
Always like this course there’s lots of family golfers. Couples and sometimes kids I love seeing kids getting into golf. They just got all new golf carts. For the price you can’t ask for better.
Course closed
My son and I went to The Pines golf course on Sunday at noon and found that the course was closed due to rain.. We ended up driving across town and paying to play at JS Clark.
Neither The Pines or Golfnow got in touch with me regarding the cancelled round for a raincheck. It is not clear on the Golf now site how to do this.
I pulled up and course was closed. Online and everywhere says there open. I need my money back
Not Bad For a 9 hole course
Really not bad, greens weren't perfect but they weren't slow. Tee boxes were definitely a little sketch, and sometimes hard to decipher which tee to play on with it being my first time. No range, but good putting green to warm up with, and some room to chip. Overall not a crazy good course but for a hot deal on GolfNow totally worth the price.
Very inexpensive, so must keep that in mind. Some tee boxes are mostly dirt, the ground is hard as a rock, greens not very good. Ground is hard as a rock. Great place to practice your drives (on the tee boxes with grass) your irons and chipping, forget serious putting.
