I found the putting greens bumpy and in poor condition it appears they were doing green maintenance and should improve

Great people in the golf shop, always kind and courteous. Always have a good pace whether I play 9-18. The food is always phenomenal.

Perfect way to break up the drive from Las Vegas to Phoenix. Greens were good and fairways perfect. Value for money!

The course rack rate was less than GolfNow hot deal. Wish I had noticed that. The course is ok but the greens were difficult to putt on, fast but very bumpy, hard to hold a line.. Tee boxes rough shape, and a lot of bad lies even in the fairways. Still an enjoyable round

The cold did affect the course. The recent rains will hopefully help. Greens were patchy, but overall course was decent.

This course was fun to play with many spectacular views but pace of play was very slow. Many regulars with kids along for ride and a few 5 player groups who would not offer us to play through. Most holes they also hit 2 balls each off the tee. Overall the staff was very friendly and the course was fun to play and in great condition.

This course has potential to look extremely nice but with the city taking over, the management not looking to improve much needed areas, this course will continue to be mediocre at best. The range is a complete joke and is practically dirt with little grass anywhere. Range income could be a huge addition to the course but instead it’s not producing enough to help the course in any way. The range balls, well let’s just say I’ve seen some older than some socks I’ve own over the years. Again there’s potential but with poor management and lack of funding, course isn’t going to be much anytime soon. It’s close, it’s cheap. Only reason I play here myself.

This was the second time playing here this fall. The course is in good shape. Greens are a bit slow…and there are 2 greens that have what looks like a weed invasion…but those two still putt pretty good. The fairways are good for the most part…a few patches here and there…but overall good conditions. Really for the price you can't beat it…and if you get on a Golf Now hot deal..even better. The best holes are along the freeway…and also the final 3 holes. This course can be a brute if it is windy..so you may want to check the wind forecast before playing. Lots of variety with the tee boxes..I played the black tees once and the silver tees once. Both tees need your attention…the golf monster can sneak up on you if you don't pay attention. A bit higher elevation in Kingman..so cooler temperatures than Lake Havasu or Bullhead City…so again check the forecast.

I will be back..and would recommend this for any level of play.

An extremely well kept course within a beautiful environment. And the price for 18 with a cart was very reasonable.

First time playing this course. Drove over from Lake Havasu..about a 55 minute trip. Showed up about 40 minutes before our tee time..only to be informed of a frost delay. Front staff was very accommodating..not their fault for the frost delay. It gave us time to go have a coffee..a they would get us out in about an hour. Showed up again one hour later and was told we could go out next. 👍 The course is in good condition. A couple of fairways have some bald patches…but no big deal. Also 2 or 3 greens where a bit different..with patches of Bermuda..it looked like the overseed did not take…but again..no big deal. The final 3 holes are an awesome challenge…with elevation changes. I played the gold tees (6200 yds) ..while my wife was off the forward tees. Will definitely play here again.

We live here and have played this course many times. The fairways are in pretty poor condition with missing grass in a lot of places. Also the the greens seem to have some sort of invasive grass species growing. The carts are in good conditions and the staff very friendly. We played on a day where there was about a 3 hour frost delay so our Tee time was pushed back a couple of hours. Thankfully we live close by.
