Gold Mountain Golf Club in Bremerton, Washington offers two championship courses, the Olympic and Cascade, both of which are known as two of the best public courses in the greater Seattle area. The Olympic Course is the more challenging of the two with more hills and water hazards. Dramatically sculpted from the thick Pacific Northwest forest, the driving corridors are surprisingly generous. Towering evergreens line the fairways and there are significant elevation changes throughout, making it a complete workout to walk the course. The layout's most challenging element is the undulating greens, which are often guarded by bunkers and mounding. The final four holes are the most memorable featuring a combination of water, trees, and stunning views. The final hole on the Olympic Course is a drivable par 4 that is the perfect finish to your round.

very well maintained, busy and a little slow but worth it.

Some spectacular views and spectacular holes... Probably not a winter/wet golf course

Bring your A game.

Tough but fair. This is a great golf experience. No 2 holes alike.
If you're playing well you can score. If not, better bring a few extra balls. Water, Woods and tough bunkers. Only complaint. They could use a course Marshall, pretty slow going.

The course was in great shape!

This course is maintained very well and is an exceptional value. This was my first time playing this course, and it was a challenging but fair course layout from the back tees. I will definitely be making the hour drive to play here again!

challenging but fun

Took my husband for his birthday to Gold Mountain and played the Olympic course. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we got a super deal on two games and the cart through Golf Now. The course was in great shape and a bit of a challenge for me but still fair and a lot of fun. Thanks for a great day.

Breathtaking and Refreshing, yet stingy

Keep it up Gold Mountain management. The 36 hole deal allowed us to finish both course, the Cascade & Olympic in just under 8hrs.

Fantastic Course

I enjoyed everything this course had to offer. The views were great, the fairways were quite nice, I never felt rushed, and the greens were superb. The bunkers were deep, but that just means I shouldn't hit my golf ball into them.

one of the most beautiful courses in the Greater Puget Sound Area

Very well maintained, pace of 15 minutes a hole is good and adhered to. Players and staff were all friendly and enjoyable. This is the best all around golf course I have played so far in my 50+ years here in the Northwest.

Best Public Course north of Seattle

Whitehorse rates right up there with any golf course in the State. By far the best public golf course in the north sound region.

the greens are the best.

Gold Mountain Olympic course is a beautiful golf course, 6034 yards set in the Bremerton water shed. Secluded in the lush hills of gold mountains you feel alone with your group of friends. The greens roll true and test your ability to find speed and line for your perfect putt. Every golfer should try both courses at
Gold Mountain.

Great course, great price. Slow play, saw no marshalls.

Great course and price in Bremerton. Monday golf at 2 PM should not take 5 hours! Still enjoyed the course and sunshine. Great price too.

Olympic Course is Fantastic

Really fun and challenging course. Very hilly so you will definetely be worn out after walking 18 holes. Best deal is after 3:00 pm twilight special rates. This is a newer course and it is defeintely one of the nicest in the area. Proshop is really friendly and they will let you hit any clubs you want to try out on the range.

This course is user friendly for women.

The Olympic Course is in fabulous condition. The tee boxes, the fairways and the greens are immaculate and have no dry spots. The greenskeepers are to be commended. The forward tee's are placed to still have a challenge but not a discouragement. We played a slower than usual round as it was the a practice day before a tournament so play was a bit slower. Not a problem as the course is so pristine it was a pleasure to just be out there.

Great course, challenging and need a cart. Carts are gas and noisy which takes away from the overall experience.

One of the most beautiful courses I have played.

As you step up to the tee on the first hole, you know you are in for a special experience. Gold Mountain is a beautiful course set in a forested valley surrounded by hills and mountains of northeastern Washington. The fairways are in excellent shape and the greens are fast, even in the damp conditions of late spring in the Northwest.
The front nine are all fairly straight holes with fairway bunkers placed to require a fairly accurate drive. Numerous elevation changes present some interesting risk/reward opportunities throughout the round.
The par 3 16th hole is a beautiful photo opportunity with the tee box looking down on the green behind a pond and surrounded by the lush forest and hills.
Gold Mountain has two 18 hole courses and offers a deal for 36 holes for those who want to spend the whole day on the links.
