Good Layout
Good layout of the course and fun to play. Fairways a little tight on some holes which helps me focus on my drive. Tip: Stay below the hole on the approach.
Great Track
Great layout with drivable par 4’s a short par three, some gettable par 5’s and some great elevation changes. Definitely a tale of two 9’s. The front rewards well placed shots without a lot of stress. The back 9 demands well placed shots with tons of marsh to carry or be short of. Easy to be under par on the front and well over on the back. Great green speeds and bunkers are in great shape! Not the longest course but definitely challenging from any tee box!
Great course
Excellent layout and challenging. Course was kind of dried out.
Looking Incredible A+
They have the course looking immaculate right now. Love the fast greens and difficulty of the back9. GPS yardages on the carts are a nice touch. My favorite course in the area. Staff is always excellent
Great course...Bad cart
Everything about the course and area around the course were to notch. No complaints about either of those things. My problem is with the stupid cart that apparently was programmed for "cart path only". Everytime I tried to get off the path to hit my ball the cart would shut down and make me return to the path. For a short course, I walked alot more than I wanted. After the round, I stopped in the pro shop to explain the problem and young man behind the counter suggested I just "back up". NO SH.T!! Back up? Why didnt I think of that.? Oh well, everything else was fine.
Bridges Course
So glad this course is open again, being 5min from my house. Love the challenging layout and the staff has always been extremely nice. The front 9 is beginner friendly if you are new to golf and the back 9 is a great test of golf for frequent players. I hope it is here to stay for years to come, I will play often.
Play a different course
This course has to be the worst kept course I have ever played. The rough and fairway were all the same length, the greens had more dead areas than live grass, and you could practically get airborn off some of the broken pieces of cart path that are out there. There are no rangers and there were multiple groups of 5 and 6. It's just a real shame because the layout and location has so much potential, it just seems like that have given up on the course...
Greens
Good course to practice course management hard to putt, with greens still trying to set in. Back 9 will eat your lunch, bring extra golf balls.
Falling apart
Course management seems to no longer care how their customers feel about the course. Everytime I go it is the same. Rumblings and complaints about the broken driving range lights and course conditions from golfers. They don't even warn you that the green on one of the par 3s was moved to a 10 ft wide section right by the pond on the fairway. The greens have so far to go they might be playable by September. The staff acts like all is great and nobody should care that the course is becoming unplayable but we should be excited because they just opened a new restaurant.
Go somewhere else!
The course has such potential! The course is very rundown. The greens are basically unplayable.
back nine
Very challenging back nine. A course that will make you plot out the course.
