Terrible protocol, policies, and procedures.
Been playing here for years, normally a very good experience. I’ve been bringing my son with me to play as well for around 2 years also. Booked and paid as normal and when we arrived they told me my son can’t ride on the cart with me anymore “due to liability reasons” I explained that we’ve been doing this for a while and have done it more than a few times and they just sent us away. I then asked for some sort of refund because they have been letting us do this before which is why I paid in advance, and all they did was point at a phone number to golf now and say there’s nothing they can do. I then asked why they have been letting us do this before and the response to that was “we were just letting it slide, but now we can’t”. Just overall not a good way to conduct business. Rules are rules and that’s ok with me, but the fact that these “rules” can be removed or turned a blind eye to some times and other times not is 100% not okay. Had this been a clear rule and enforced properly every other time over the years that we’ve gone the expectation would have been set and this would not have happened. Very disappointing too at the lack of customer service when looking for some sort of resolution to this very unfortunate situation that I found myself in. Also the lack of empathy towards a child that was just excited to enjoy a ride in the golf cart with his dad like he has done multiple times before, he is now confused asking “why do they not like me there anymore”. I would not want this to happen to anyone, and that is the purpose of this review.
Great fairways and tee boxes but…
Greens still need a LOT of help. Pace of play was super slow. Two of us got stuck behind 2 fivesomes that wouldn’t let us through. I called a “Marshall” and he said he couldn’t do anything since he wasn’t the boss. Umm ok lol!
Greens are gone
I played here in May and the course was in pretty good shape. The greens are pretty much gone now. I hope theyre able to get them back because this is a decent and fun course with an affordable price.
Greens were terrible
The greens were in terrible shape. Drainage issues on almost on every hole, standing water.
course review
pace of play was quick because hardly anyone was on the course due to the rain and soggy course. the greens (if you can call them that) are in absolutely horrible shape with large patches of dirt rather than grass plus recently aerated. only played here because i reside close by and got the $25 credit for only $20.
Awful conditions
I would love to know who is in charge of this course. I have played here many times before, but the greens were never this bad. Whoever is getting a paycheck for the upkeep of this course is basically stealing money. This course could be a good course to play.
Not Worth the Money
I have played this course at least a dozen times over the last 5 years. The course has degraded to the point where I won't be going back. The greens are in terrible shape...some of the worst I've played on. They were sandy, had dead patches everywhere, and hadn't been mowed in a while. The fairways were also overgrown. The course has a solid layout and good clubhouse. It could be a great, affordable spot for a beginner/intermediate golfer, but in its current form I would recommend staying away and playing elsewhere.
