Good Value
Fairways were adequate. Greens were long, but rolled and surprisingly faster than they appeared. They cater to juniors and I love that. Layout is not difficult, but like anywhere there are a few hidden areas to avoid (water hazards). Once you know the course, it is easy to manage your distances. Just go enjoy it. Each time I go, I meet a few more nice people.
Great round
Great weather, course was solid . Other golfers are laid back, it’s a great atmosphere.
Good Golfing Course
I've played here quite a number of times and always have had a great experience. I brought a friend here for their first time and he is definitely coming back.
Muny
Ran out of carts but we were fine with pull carts
People on course were not in good moods
Got mad when Louis hit a shot on green From 300+ it rolled up and posed no threat to them
Guy was in our fairway with his cart, waited in our fairway for green to clear before hitting his shot and was not ready to hit when it did. Then stayed to watch and put up club and talk about it So we teed off and he got mad and wanted to fight about it
Great place for beginner golf
This is a great place for a beginner golfer or someone looking to play on a budget. The course is maintained well and the layout is great for the amount of allotted area. It’s staff in the pro shop isn’t the friendliest group I’ve ever encountered and the facilities could use some attention. All things considered it’s a fun place to play golf.
Muni in Lafayette, LA
Has been dry lately but greens were receptive and putted ok. Missing a little grass on some but pin placement avoided most areas. Fairways were dry with few bare spots near oaks. Staff was courteous. Price made up for the blemishes.
Always a good time
Muni is in great shape. Staff always super friendly. Love the layout. Fun times!
