Good not great
Overall, the course is good. Conditions were good mostly. There were a few areas that needed to work. Going to really nice. Pretty quick. The day we played, they had a lot of mowers in our way. I enjoyed my round. It was challenging, but not too hard. good balance.
Beautiful fairways, Beautiful scenery
Played the back 9 for the first time and not going to lie it was exciting. Each fairway was unique and had its own challenges. Was able to dine at the restaurant afterwards to finish off the day with great staff and fine drinks and food. Can’t wait till next time!
Course was awesome and food service was Excellent
We had a great time on the course, then went for an excellent dinner. Shout out to Harper, our server, who did an outstanding job!
SO GOOD!!
Indian Creek is truely a hidden gem, highly underated! I choose to walk, even though the majority of reviews say to take a cart. It is hilly and has some long walks, but you can appreciate the routing/layout/design much more.
Fantastic variety of holes, and while the distance is short on paper all the uphilll/sidehill/etc lies make it very challenging. Excellent par 3s, that all have elevated tee shots.
Just a fun course in really great condition with amazing views. Get out to Indian Creek!
New grass everywhere
The course was in the best shape I’ve ever seen. They took out some trees that were needed and have brand new tee boxes on a lot of holes. Best course conditions I’ve seen in years!
Fun, but needs some maintenance
Always a beautiful course. Golf carts and cart paths are not maintained as well as they used to be. Some asphalt cart areas were not safe at all. Carts were water spotted and getting old. Front desk personal were not friendly or welcoming. One Urinal in mens bathroom was out of order.
Course had been areated grass and fresh sand on the greens. Just not a first class place it used to be. Haven't seen Mark the previous golf pro that was there for years.
Restaurant does a superb job, love the happy hour red wine and Salmon. Good friendly service.
Slow Play
It would been nice if there was a Marshall out enforcing slow play instead of people looking for balls.. Nothing worse than people playing black can’t hit the ball..
I would love to play the course again i do hope
5 1/4 isn’t the normal ..
Fun course
Played this course many times and always enjoy myself. Course is difficult if your golf game is off. If you’re on, you can score.
really good course to play again and again..
loved the green conditions !
Nice Sunday afternoon
Got right on when checking in, course is in excellent condition, nice folks in the clubhouse and on the course. Pace of play was kinda slow and a little erratic. Would be nice to have beverage cart available. Overall very good value and good time.
So slow
Course was nice and in good condition. However i booked on Golf Now and they somehow had my tee time wrong. Booked a 10:28 and starter had us at 10:36. Pace was really slow and just jammed up all day. Place was expensive for what it is in my opinion.
Interesting course with lots elevation.
Played this course in early September on a windy day. This would not be an easy course to walk because if the elevation changes. It is challenging for most players even though it is not a long course. Part of the challenge is that a lot of the holes are blind so you aren't sure where to hit making club selection difficult. It has some nice views and the Greens are fairly small and fast. Course was in very good condition considering the time of year. The clubhouse and restaurant are very nice and offer a good variety menu options. I would definitely play this course again and hopefully get a better score knowing where to layup, etc.
Read the course guide.
Some hidden holes and knowing yardage would be helpful. Playing this course was fun but one needs to play a few times to know where to setup for a couple doglegs. Had a good time and weather was great. Not to hot..

Hope you are able to get back soon, the knowledge you learned from your first visit is sure to help the score:-) Thanks for the great review!!

Don't walk the course
I highly recommend you don't walk this course. It's too hilly and too spread out.
Hi Rex,
First thank you for your review, as far as some of the issues you have pointed out I want you know o know that they are being addressed, unfortunately asphalt plants don’t run year round so we are in line with a local contractor to have those paths fixed. 2 water spots on the carts, we are just coming out of one of our wettest starts to spring in years and understaffed at this time but the carts will get there normal start to season wax and buff as soon as we can. 3 the urinal in the men’s restroom just went out Saturday and the plumber is scheduled to be there this week. 4 aerification of the greens, well this is a common practice amongst most golf course and I do know that even the best courses in the area are doing this practice, and most at this time of year. One thing I want to assure you is that it is still a first class facility and we are looking to keep it that way!! Thank you,
