Nestled at the base of the Superstition Mountains, Mountainbrook Golf Club offers a player-friendly course with beautiful views of mountains and desert hills. Given its location, the golf course is mostly flat, making it a nice walk. The layout combines that of a desert course and a mountain course for an interesting variety of holes and challenges. The fairways are relatively wide and some are lined with trees and the fairly large greens are sloped and fast. Sand bunkers are situated throughout the course and two lakes create water hazards that come into play on the back nine. Mountainbrook Golf Club's signature hole is the par-5 16th, which has a dogleg left fairway and a green that is well guarded by bunkers and mounding.

Pretty good to play

Easy to find. Easy check in. Clean carts in parking lot for us. Water buckets for towels. Ice at starter site. Tees good fairways pretty nice roughs good not a lot of desert to get into. Greens nice pretty fast and almost always a little curve. Water on course for us. Played in 4 Cost still a little high

Favourite course

Mountain Brook is one of my top courses to play in the valley. It is a moderately easy course with beautiful scenery. I do find the price a bit too expensive but overall good.

Perfect morning on a perfect course!

We teed off at 7:30 and didn't see another golfer until we were done at 10!! Course was in excellent shape and the weather was perfect! I left my wallet and phone in the cart and the pro shop had it safe and sound an hour later when I noticed they were gone! Thanks to the great staff!!!

Great Golf Day

Early morning round with my wife, perfect sunny day for golf. Layout is good, all within a housing area. Fairways were excellent, rough was mostly dry but not too bad. Bunkers were reasonable about of sand. Food and beer on the deck afterwards was awesome, very friendly staff all around.
