About
Nestled at the base of the Superstition Mountains, Mountainbrook Golf Club offers a player-friendly course with beautiful views of mountains and desert hills. Given its location, the golf course is mostly flat, making it a nice walk. The layout combines that of a desert course and a mountain course for an interesting variety of holes and challenges. The fairways are relatively wide and some are lined with trees and the fairly large greens are sloped and fast. Sand bunkers are situated throughout the course and two lakes create water hazards that come into play on the back nine. Mountainbrook Golf Club's signature hole is the par-5 16th, which has a dogleg left fairway and a green that is well guarded by bunkers and mounding.

Overall good round
Course was in good shape and the greens were rolling true. The practice area was a little torn up, so finding a patch of grass to warm up was a bit tricky.
Biggest downside honestly was just pace of play. They were stacking the tee times 7 minutes apart, so it ended up being a very slow round with lots of standing around waiting. Many holes, there were 2 groups ahead of us with one in the fairway or on the green and one on the tee box as we drove up.
Views and course are great
Good course conditions and fantastic views of the Superstition Mountains. Dax the starter was great. Helpful friendly and informative to keep things on time. A favourite place to play in the valley with reasonable prices and very good conditions.

The course was not in good condition and no one on site, nor anyone that took our call the next day seemed to be able to address that in any way. Call the pro on Monday.......

Brought a friend to Mountain Brook. First time playing the course. He loved it.
Loved Mountain Brooke
Teed off before 7 am and had the course mostly yo myself. No waiting at all.
Course was in excellent shape and the greens were outstanding. Hard to beat for the price I paid on a hot deal.
Fun course
Fun to play, not too long. Good greens. Ball does not set up to well on fairways. Very tight lies.
