About

Although there are many other desert golf courses in the Phoenix area, Apache Creek Golf Club offers one challenging championship course that requires the use of every club. The golf course features wide open fairways and undulating greens that are sloped back to front, some are also double-tiered. There are also numerous sand and grass bunkers protecting the fairways and greens. Extensive mounding on the course cause uneven lies and water hazards come into play on a few holes. The most difficult of the several demanding holes on this golf course, is the lengthy par-5, 10th hole. Apache Creek Golf Club also boasts two practice greens, a pitching and chipping green with a sand trap, and a large driving range with various targets.

Pretty beat up

Definitely time to shut it down and get it back into shape. When it’s has plush fairways and smooth greens it’s hard to beat

Desert golf

If anything, average golfer hits a lot of shots off the gravel!

Really need to be accurate off the tee to hit grass! And I’m a very accurate driver of the ball. I guess it eventually puts a serious premium on accuracy.

Great golf course amazing cheeseburgers great staff

We love playing this course it’s challenging and its own way, especially if you don’t stay in the fairway. The cheeseburgers are amazing. The beer is super cold and they take excellent condition of the course. The staff is friendly, and the pace of play is favorable.

It’s a great desert course

If you don’t mind the desert, it’s a great course. The desert makes ot a little unforgiving.
