The 18-hole Celebration Golf Club in Celebration, FL is a public golf course that opened in 1996. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and Robert Trent Jones, Sr., Celebration Golf Club measures 6757 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 141 and a 73.1 USGA rating. The course features 6 sets of tees for different skill levels. The greens are bermuda grass.

Father and son team of Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Jr. created a golfing experience that is second to none at Celebration Golf Club. As a result, Celebration is a championship venue with the park-like feel of a modern, Florida course.

They were also successful in creating separate personalities between the nines. On the front, many holes border wide boulevards lined on the other side by pre- 1940 replicate homes from America's southern region and that of Bermuda, the Bahamas and the Caribbean. But with the back, the homes fade into the brush letting Mother Nature take center stage. Designed with shot-making strategy in mind, this championship caliber course demands accurate approach shots and consistent putting.

Green Fee Issue

Reserved 36 hole tee times for 8 golfers on 11/19/2023 and was told the 36 green fees would be $248 per person and include lunch.

When we arrived at the course to check in for our morning tee time they wanted to charge us $367 for 36 holes. After speaking with the manager we were able to get the green fees reduced but not to the $248 per person I was quoted when reserving the tee time. This is the second year in a row this has happened to my group and we will not be playing there in 2025.

If you make advanced tee times make sure the the tee time confirmation include the amount for green fees.

Fantastic place to play!

Everything about this place is fantastic save one or two chopped up tee boxes. Fantastic maintenance, great layout, perfect conditions. One of my favorite places in Florida. Play early or late for speedy round with little traffic.

Overall good experience, with a few exceptions

Pro shop restaurant and attached amenities are very nice. Nice separate putting and chipping greens(read the signs, clearly marked). I saw 2 people chipping and hitting lob shots onto the “putting” green!

Course layout is good, and pace was acceptable, not great.

The disappointing issues were, a few tee boxes, greens and several spots in fairways were in poor condition! Then when finished, we could not drive the carts to our car in the small parking lot! These issues were disappointing for this type of facility!

But, again it was overall a good experience.

Challenging golf

I make it a point to play this course every time I come to Orlando. The course is challenging and always in tip top shape. The price may be a bit pricey in the winter but well worth it with the included lunch.

Time to celebrate

Haven’t played here in a number of years before Covid.the staff was exceptional right from the beginning. The course was in phenomenal condition. I played decent a 49 missing 32 foot parts and then a 44 on the back really good day for me the lunch at the end was a bonus for the money I’ll do it again just not all the time. Lol really good day. Thanks celebrations.

Enjoyable Outing

The course was in the best condition I have ever seen there. Some of the tee decks could still use some work, but overall, I was impressed with the improved conditioning. It looks like the fall overseeding and recent rains have really tmade a huge difference.

Will be back soon.
