the greens haven’t recovered from the last punch over a month ago. rough is patchy. it’s 50% over priced.

Absolutely loved playing Raspberry Falls. Very few people on the course in the afternoon so I breezed through 18. Such a fun design that was equal parts challenging and accessible. Course was in great condition, outside of the greens were punched a few weeks ago. Even with that, the ball still ran true. can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Virginia!

Expensive at normal rates but the twilight rate of $50 is great value given that at this time of year, 18 holes is easily possible from one of the first twilight tee times.

Beautiful course with lots of variety. Course condition good although greens a little bumpy given recent aeration. Back 9 is a great challenge with multiple memorable holes across the 18. Pace of play was also great when we played given that it was pretty busy.

This was my first time back in two years, I have loved playing at RF for twenty years.. $150/$160 for a weekend round is out of whack but I guess you're getting it.

I would assume the course was immaculate in it's hey day. I found that it was under a lot of repairs, and was not in the shape for the cost. Different sand from bunker to bunker, not consistent. Many tee boxes unplayable. I would suspect once all the repairs are done, and in summer the course will be in much better shape. But there should be a huge price break for its current shape.

Gem of a links course. If you get the chance, play it. Gary Player design and the land has a beautiful character.

This course is a gem! Play it if you get the chance. Lovely layout and great conditions for winter grass. The land has character!

The staff made the golf experience 5 Star! From the General manager to the starter and awesome Alicia on the beverage cart. You all were great. We will be back! Theo course was nice too!

I played on a Tuesday and finished around 3:30 in November. It gets dark around 5pm so no one went back out with the golf cart. I realized the next morning I left my range finder magnetized to cart. I call at 10am. The guy says it’s not in lost and found and that he will check later that day. Hmm🧐. Thought to myself why can’t you go check now. He doesnt call me back. I call Friday, because Thursday is thanksgiving and same guy picks up. He says oh ya I have your info right here. We haven’t seen it. I’ll continue to check for it. If you have employees that are willing to steal stuff because someone left it I’m never coming back. Beware of this place

This is not a 120.00 round of golf. Period. Dead grass everywhere, rough tee boxes, burn out areas around greens and no aeration discount. It’s a 70 dollar type place now. Overpriced. Good layout, no “nothing” holes, but we did get behind a “6-some” on the back - again unacceptable for the price.

I paid $290 for my son and I. I love the course but I’m not sure what they are doing with all the $$$! Most of the tee boxes are in very bad condition. Either the grass was not trimmed or it was dirt. On the 18th hole it was hard to find a spot to stand where my feet were not in a hole!

It’s not worth the price. Guest fees at Lansdowne or river creek are only $120 and those courses are immaculate.

Played Raspberry for the first time in a few years. Very familiar with the course, having played it at least 50 times.

They’ve redesigned a lot of the bunkers and put nice run offs. Notably hole 14, 15, and 16.

My main complaint is they only had water tanks on two holes. And we only saw the cart girl twice in almost 5 hours. Brutally hot 90 degree day.

For $110, I expected more.

The greens had been hollow tined so we’re not their usual self. But it’s still a great track. I was paired with 3 lovely locals who are weekday members. A very enjoyable day

Great course, greens roll good, they need a little love, but if people would fix their ball marks they'd be 10/10. Nice links style course, big pot bunkers to navigate. Staff is great.
