Big Boy Course
Some tight fairways and the greens were rolling pretty fast.
Great course that needs some tlc.
Lakeview is a tight course requiring straight drives. The tees, fairways and traps are in really good condition. The greens are quick and challenging, but had a lot of unrepaired ball marks and scars. The asphalt cart paths are in poor condition and need some immediate repairs. They have been bad for quite some time. Even so, I would recommend this course.
Great views, challenging course
Played on a Sunday afternoon, 4 hr 15 min, good pace of play for a foursome. First time playing the course. Twosome playing with us had played the course before and had some good tips on direction and greens. Course in good shape, tee to green. Speed of greens fast for some of the slopes, especially putting downhill or sidehill. Great views of the lake on the backside.
100% A+ Best Time Ever
I travel for a living and play courses all over the United States. I play three times a week and I've been doing this for three years now. I have played a lot of great outstanding courses but this course I will never forget!!!
I have never seen a layout like this before and it is un believable how cool this piece of land is !!!! you will have the best time you will not shoot the best round but you will have the best time! This is the coolest layout I have ever played and probably will ever play, Robert Trent Jones has nothing on this course, there's a par five I hit a 275 yard drive and then I had to go dead right 200 yards and after that I could see the green Dead to the left , that's how side winding that hole was and most are like that. They provide a yardage book for you in the pro shop so make sure you get one before you play it will help a lot!!!! There's a lot of water Carry on a lot of Par 4's but 215 yard shot will carry it for you and you will only be out about 160 to 175 out and that's from the tips. If you can't drive the ball this is a perfect course for you to learn how to use Threewood and Fivewood off the TEE to set yourself up for success.

Great Course with spectacular views.
I try to play this course as much as I possibly can. It offers a unique challenge every time you play. The breeze and shade always make it comfortable and the views are amazing.

The course was in perfect condition even though it rained the day before we played. Course is very well kept and I would recommend this course to all my friends.
Nice course
Course is in good shape in the fairways, rough has some bare spots. Tough track in places, tight, lots of trees.

Tough but fair
A challenging course with picturesque, postcard views. This is a tough but fair course with greens that will test your putting skills. Straight tee shots are rewarded and errand ones will afford you lots of shade. It is well worth the drive to get there regardless of where you come from.

The greens were just aerated so in bad shape. The course backed up on the 2nd nine holes. There is no place to park and drop your clubs.

Course condition was OK for this time of year. Pace of play was slow due to foursome in front of us. Three or four open holes ahead, yet they did not offer to let us play through. Finally had to skip a hole and move ahead of them. A ranger on the course would have been appreciated to avoid this problem.
