Another summer casuality
Granted that the summer of 2025 was beyond hot and dry, but it’s expected that the Superintendent and management would find a way to alleviate these drought conditions. UCC has eroded into one of the worst tracts in W. PA. From the dried and dead fairways, full of holes, to the Tee boxes that are void of grass patches, to greens that make it a joke to try to roll a ball on, this once nice Country Club has lost any of its nice memories. I realize that UCC’ decision to go public has played into a major loss of revenue, but this problem is not unique to this location. Save your money, people and move on!!!
Great greens
We resorted to lift clean and place in the fairways! Otherwise the couse is fun and reasonably priced!
Worst course I've ever played.
This is the worse course I've ever played. The tee boxes are basically only sand and the fairways are rock hard dirt. My back yard is way nicer. Carmichaels Golf Club looks like Agusta National compared to this place.
Enjoyable small course
Quite a few fairways and tee boxes were in pretty bad shape but greens were good.
Worst course in Fayetteville County
Course is in terrible condition, hard packed sand in bunkers made it like concrete, tee boxes were the worst I have ever seen, it was like teeing off in someone's yard. Fairways were also in horrible condition, had to find grass to hit out of multiple times when landing in middle of fairway and the greens weren't any better. It's embarrassing that they even charge someone to golf there.
Could be better
Its better than Rohanas and on par with Duck Hollow. Course was pretty torn up in fairways and around greens but layout of course is worth a try
Fairways falling apart, otherwise ok
I don’t know how they can’t grow grass on these fairways, but the greens are always in good shape. Decent value, but if you’re looking for a good course try Duck hollow it’s a similar price
Course condition
Course was in terrible shape. No grass in the fairways with all the rain we've had of course should be in excellent condition
Decent overall, horrible fairways
Booked uniontown CC only because I got a deal on GolfNow for like $25/ea for 18 with cart. I wouldn’t pay more than $25 based on the course condition, so I likely won’t be back unless I find another deal. Tiny greens on almost every hole, but well kept greens overall. Almost every fairway was scorched to brown or literally just dirty and sand in places. We’ve had a heatwave for a couple weeks but these fairways were poorly kept regardless, Wouldn’t recommend it unless you find a deal for a cheap round like I did.
So much rain the fairways got a disease
A large portion of the fairways were in poor shape. Greens and teeboxes were good. 13 inches of rain in the last 30 days really hurt the course.
Rude staff, bad course
Staff came out and said we crashed a golf cart. It was the group in front of us. Kicked us off with 4 holes left to play. Did not even try to reason with us and let us explain it was the group ahead of us. Manger would not come out and talk to us, made it the younger kids problem. Really pathetic stuff. I will never play this course again. Any other course in the state of Pennsylvania would be better than this course.
