4th course played in the Hobart area
I paid AU$100.
I had to put myself with two other players by waiting at the tee as the Pro did not seem interested.
The pace was relatively slow. The two of the players only played nine holes so I carried on and caught up with two other players ahead.
The pace was even slower as there were some young lads who did not seem to know the etiquette of golf and work practising shots regardless of falling well behind the group ahead of them.
Finally, we had words at the 16th hole and they sped up accordingly.
Having played Royal Hobart, the Tasmanian and Llanhern, I would write my golfing experience here as relatively poor.
Excellent course
Challenging course in spectacular setting. Greens fast and good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend Kingston GC to everyone.
Hobart hidden secret
Kingston Bay Course was a pleasure to play on. Cont wait to do it again but that is more a reflection on my golf and should have done better. Some of the course was a bit damp but this is Tassie. Some maintenance work was being carried out as well. Challenging in some holes but greens were the best attribute I thought.
